I do it and it's fun.

Because it’s the best right

The best is the best and if its the best then its clearly good. So yes.

Im doing 531 bbb and it's fun, idk if it's the best but who cares

ok guys maybe i'm retarded but what do you all mean by 1/2/3/4 1/3/2/4 5/3/1 etc.
Is it a faggot langage or something ?

Is it summer already?
Is reddit down?

Exercise selection isn't that important.
Also I don't think 5/3/1 is the best, the best is probably some secret sarcoplasmic training method run by a handful of athletes in an elite training center in Switzerland.

Get a load of this guy

Lurk moar

In my opinion it's the most optimal for maximizing strength gains while minimizing time in the gym. Depending on the 531 variant. I haven't run BBB yet so I dont know how the hypertrophy program compares.

531 is a hybrid of strength and brosplit, obviously it is the best for long term progression, the only issue is things like add 5lbs every month for OHP, clearly you will overdo it soon (24 months x 5 pounds = unlikely to add 120 lbs in 2 years)

It's old languages codes
531 is sucking dicks, 1234 is anal sex with men, this is why you see threads about 1234 often in here

Do you must have achieve a certain numbers to start 531?

>Low volume American programs
Kek

Better run 531 when you can't no longer progress daily/weekly

>>Low volume
user, I...

5 reps then 3 reps then 1 rep. Can do more weight than doing 5-5-5

>some secret sarcoplasmic training method run by a handful of athletes in an elite training center in Switzerland.

hahahaha I can just picture this

Baseline mrv is 15/20/12 user

You are supposed to add shit, not do the main lift and leave the gym
