The fact is betas always have the potential to be alphas, but to become one, especially dethroning the current alpha, is hard work. People aren't alpha due to size or strength, but of their social network. Being an alpha is to be at the top, you cannot be at the top if you don't have others that like and support you.

Alphas experience high stress, equivalent to the amount lower rung males experience. Alpha males also exhibit the highest empathy out of anyone which breaks the trend of the typical females having more empathy than the males.

Getting big doesn't make you alpha, but connecting with all the people on your way to getting big set you up for it.

To achieve Chad status you need at least TWO of these three things:

-Attractive face
-Attractive body
-Social skills/confidence

You can get away with not having any one of those and still easily be a Chad, but you absolutely need two.

Actually, they were, sort of. Once puberty hits, being popular is ultimately a result of being attractive. That applies to both guys and girls.

A personal anecdote - an old friend of mine from school was a complete loser and was bullied a bit until he was about 14/15. Puberty hit him like a train (in a good way) and he quickly gravitated towards the 'popular' kids and was accepted among them, and has stayed like that since.
