Don't use it for multiple days because the withdrawal sucks really hard. I get really depressed for a few days after if I use too much.

You HAVE to take it on an empty stomach. I take it once I wake up mixed in an energy drink or just in water (I am taking HCL, it is really acidic and you have to neutralize it). After taking it I attempt to wait at least 3 hours before eating.
