Switched over from a customized PPL version, taking into account Mike Israetel's MRV blablabla because I stagnated heavily for a very long time. Now thinking of cutting a while.

Lifts:
Squat: 150KG 5x5 (highbar, beltless)

Bench: 115KG 3x5

Deadlift: 195KG 1x5
Routine above, customized nsuns 6-day version
Protein: around 200g per day
Calories: My guess would be ~3000 atm, going down to 2700ish for a cut :)

Hate my chest genetics, they'd only look good on roids and with a gyno reduction operation.

PPL but only 3 times a week, as I'm working 60 hours a week.

I usually spend about 2 hours in the gym four times a week.

Every day I build on is based off of one of the main lifts.

For my main lift of the day, I’ve been using the smolov program for the actual main sets. After that I have a list of exercises that I do that are accessories to the list, and randomly choose them so as to never overtrain one thing. (Think, if I do incline bench one time, the next time I’ll do decline)

It’s worked out pretty well. In November I was struggling with 115 OHP, 180 Bench, 225 squat, and below a 300lb deadlift.

Obviously I’m no expert, as I’m really only like 6 months into lifting.

One day I’ll be on the same level as some of you lads. But first I must get over my fear of going to the gym.
