i'd go to a gym, some are as cheap as 8$ a month.
in the gym you have all the equipment plus trainers/staff who can show you everything
and lots of sweaty thots to give you inspiration
i've found i am able to put out about 30% more effort when a thot is in my periphery (i never stare directly, as a gentle man)

If you are cutting weight you do not need to be fucking lifting weights, You should be fasting and not eating as said.
