5 weeks ago I couldn't do a single chin up and on monday I did 8. Feels kinda nice. Also got 90kg squat and diddly for reps after two months of lifting, but they're heavy as fuck to do and I'm always kind of afraid that I will stall soon and I'm not strong enough
I recently got to 60kg×8 on dumbbell Benchpress :)
Managed to do 5x5 for 2pl8 squat on Monday. Very proud of myself, it’s all upwards from here.

Good thread, I recently hit new pr for DL & Bench (130, 70kg).
I trained on the speed bag for 15 minutes a day for a week until I finally got it down, now I'm crazy fast on it and doing it as part of my cardio regiment

I managed to get my intestines internally rotated and lose 15 kg because I couldn't eat for shit and the doctors couldn't find what was wrong with me for 3 weeks. Now I can't lift for 4 more weeks.
Damn, that's rough man. I hope you'll have a quick recovery and won't lose motivation.

Well, I'm a fat manlet(although I got down from 97kgs to 80 since october) and I've been doing starting strength. I'm sure I only progress a bit faster because of these. Keep lifting my man. We're all gonna make it
I went from 141kg to 65 kg in the span of 3 years and then bulked back up to 85 kg. Because I' a ex piece of shit that couldn't put his fork down there was extra room. Unlike skin your peritorium isn't elastic so if it stretches it stays stretched. But hey they put a fucking net around my intestines now so it shouldn't happen again. Thanks for the kind words user.
