>2 months lifting already, it's a chore
When am I supposed to start enjoying it?
>2 months lifting already, it's a chore
When am I supposed to start enjoying it?
You’re not gonna make it man, sorry.
It's a state of mind. You haven't struggled enough.
I enjoy lifting but not going to the gym.
Home gym my man
It's also cheaper in the long run
Never if you already haven't.
I enjoy going to the because it gives me motivation.
Lifting dumbbells at home makes me hate lifting.
Try different exercises, different routines. Don't worry about numbers, put all your focus on proper form, do exercises slowly, make sure you're breathing right. I'm sure you'll find something you enjoy whether it's barbells, kettlebells, machines or bodyweight stuff. Just don't give up.
Anti social retard
Just go to the gym
When the gains become visible, thats when it becomes an addiction as opposed to a chore. Keep at it user.
This. Give yourself bigger challenges and struggle through them. After the second week, looking at your progress, you'll fall in love with it
>breathing right
what if I have deviated septum?
what kind of challenges? like lifting more weight? lmao that's pretty void to me
Yes give us your money goy
The gym is stressful. Too many guys who mog me and too many cute girls who would reject me
LIFT BIG SO YOU CAN EAT BIG.
FOOD=LIFE
Exactly. I'm still a beginner though so take my advice with a grain of salt. I started with SS and I added one of the lightest plates to the bar with every workout. It worked insanely well. So I think you should try and add a little more weight with every workout. And believe me, there's nothing like the feeling when you lift the weight you previously declared impossible to move
I've been lifting heavier weights and I don't really care, seriously, I'm not at the gym for shit, I want a better body
You're not gonna make it, OP.
It's like asking when you're going to start enjoying brushing your teeth or wiping your ass. Just fucking DO IT!
if you dont enjoy it now, you never will op. We only live once, find something you
actually like
dont bother lifting. its cope.
>weight-110lbs
Bullshit unless he's a turbo manlet. At 5'9" when I was 120lbs I was a legit stick man.
Its not like them rejecting you is unique to the gym, just go you cuck.
you fucking suck dude. get out of here
Definitely a turbo manlet. I'm a turbo manlet (5'4") and that is what I weighed before I started working out.
I know I need to keep on doing, it's just that you claimed it would be fun after 1 month
dumb frogposter
The claim is that it gets easier after 1-2 months due to you no longer getting DOMS every single time you workout.
Here's a pro tip for you; motivation is a false god - DEDICATION is manhood!
Holy fucking cope LMAO
This. 6th week into working out properly sticking to routine and eating well. Suddently hit with major fatigue. Feel like shit. Major DOMS. Workouts suffering, not completing them or warming up properly. And this week i upped my protein before hand so no idea wtf is happening. Feel like i'm not going to make it. Advice pls?
The painful truth is this is 100% fact. Cope all you want but this is true. For this reason lifting for girls is dumb and futile. Lift to leave humanity behind and DOM other men because girls don't care, aren't impressed and often repulsed by overly fit men.
this pic is right, but if you don't do any exercise, you turn skinnyfat and don't showcase the six pack in the pic
>lifting at 5'4
lmfao dwarf COPE
I loved it the very first time I went. Maybe it's just not your scene? Any other fitness related things seem fun?
What routine though bro?
You either like it or not
What’s your calorie intake like? Gaining or losing weight?
Then don’t do it. Be fat you stupid fag. Enjoy your heart disease.
>enjoy it
As if life’s not supposed to be suffering
Hell, I said I know I need to keep on it, it's just that you claimed it would be fun after a time, guess it's just a coping mechanism for you guys
Lifting heavy on compounds is fun as hell, lifting for reps and hitting arm accessories is boring as hell
I'm 6ft like 75kg. Honestly no idea wtf i'm doing with diet. I've read sticky like 10 times and watched loads of youtube. I'm slim but slightly soft belly so no idea if I should be eating calorie defecit or surplus. Don't want to get fat or too soft especially because summer is near. But if I don't eat at a surplus will my muscles not grow? Also i can't count calories well because its all home made meals shared with others so it's impossible to know.
nobody cares what you think
Unless it is part of your routine like eating a meal, waking up or going to work, you are not going to make it. It isnt supposed to be something very fun and enjoyable, it is supposed to be something you Just do and have to do
The tipping point for me was 3 months, when I met my gym bro. I left my phone at the gym and he ran out to chase me and give me the phone. Since then, we train together and he even got me laid a few times.
If you feel like shit you might not be eating enough. Monitor your weight
terrible mindset
good luck making it
> he even got me laid a few times
does he say "no homo" afterwards? Because if he doesn't...
After 3 months when you finally see results.
Yeah i'll eat more i think and try keep it clean as possible
Get involved in a sport. Lifting just lift to lift is a meme for autists. I could never motivate myself to actually lift or anything like that until I started rock climbing, now lifting and general exercise is fun for me because it allows me to be better at my sport, and I also now see the benefits of the struggle. Sports are a great way to trick yourself into exercise
Based
Lifting is fun because you can see your progress, endorphin rush, it's like a video game etc. If you don't like it now and you've already made visible gains and felt the rush of adrenaline you will never like it.
>tfw gym partner is qt colombian stacey
>tfw she pronounces my name with a cute ESL accent
>tfw she is my weighted hip thrust during sex >'ay papi'
feelschadman
>enjoy lifting
>hate having to take public transport and wait 30 minutes to get to the gym
>miss workouts and end up doing bodyweight at home to make up for it
>too poor to buy bench, power rack, barbell and plates
Life is unfair bros
I mean he set me up with girls
>face height and frame
>press ups
>lookism.net
>steroid use for banemode stats
>calling anything cope while coping this hard and making up excuses
Reading this shit caused me physical pain, holy autism
Obviously, user
You are not a very fun guy to be around, you know that?
didn't feel any rush adrenaline until now, only pain and tiredness
stupid shill, but i have to admit that hate the skeletals who can eat all day and dont get fat.
If i be one, swear you i would never touch a gym
how long is homegym dumbbell mode lucrative for gains? I'm wondering when I'm actually going to have to start going to the gym, I'd like to put on mass and learn proper form beforehand
Nice try, tub of lard.
If that becomes a problem, just fast. Also why would a manlet use steroids? That makes the body look disgusting. It's on tall people and it looks gross.
you dont
