Link?

Unfortunately the pdf I downloaded has a name/email/contact info on there and I don't want to get the dude in trouble. Sorry.

so block it out, re-save it, and post DUH
you have to be the first person Jeff has ever outsmarted (besides Jesse)

What are your current stats and why did you choose Athlean-X?

Please do this OP, don't be a faggot. I'm curious if it's any good but don't feel like spending $100 to find out when my current routine is working fine.

>I'm curious if it's any good but don't feel like spending $100 to find out

I feel that user, I've been curious if it works for a while but I don't wanna gamble money on it

Approximately what is the split like, and what is the frequency of targeted muscle groups? I.E. which muscle groups are targeted on which days?

I'm not editing 50 fucking pages of this shit lol

Beginner garbage after 2 months of Greyskull. I got a pdf copy from someone online for free and thought I'd peruse it.

> OHP: 140 lbs.
> Bench: 235 lbs.
> Squat: 310 lbs.
> Diddly: 405 lbs.

Just post the routine, dumbass
It can't be that complicated that it needs to be in the original PDF.

Those 50 pages are just (let me guess) eat clean, get enough calories, follow this routine:

You do realize you can edit PDF's, right?

>hey guys I am doing Athlean X, AMA
>Can we have the routine?
>ok, AMAA

Honestly, it looks pretty stupid to me. He's got all the quippy titles for things Pro-Pain, Inferno, Ax-Rson (play on arson I guess) that seem worthless.

He throws in a lot of strange exercises I wouldn't be caught dead doing at my gym and the later weeks of the program seem to require a lot of equipment I don't have access to. Exercises like inverted rows (yeah right like I'm gonna take up a squat rack to do this), long leg bridge hold, physioball hamstring curls etc.

Monday
> Chest/Back
Inc. Bench 10x10
Barbell Rows 10x5
Max Pushups to failure x2
Max inverted rows to failure x2

Tuesday
> Quads/Hamstrings
Squats 10x10
Diddly 10x5
Max prisoner jump squats to failure x2
Max physioball hamstring curls to failure x2

Wedesday
> OFF

Thursday
> Biceps and Triceps
curls and tricep extensions
rows and dips

Friday
> Shoulders/Traps
DB OHP, DB Shrugs, DB High Pulls

Saturday
> 10 Minutes of Torcher Burn Ladder!
some cringey Crossfit level conditioning shit pushups, body weight squats, burpees etc. etc.

Already addressed you limp wristed queer.

You can ask me for anything, I'll give you an answer. Sometimes that answer will be no.

Dude it's 12 weeks of rotating lefts, % of 1RM changes, exercise variations. It's actually very disjointed and there's not much fluff in the way off YOU CAN DO IT, EAT CLEN nonsense.

No leg day work out. What the fuck is this even

Mad cuz bad. Just ctrl + h that shit ya fucking neanderthal

>12 weeks of rotating lefts, % of 1RM changes, exercise variations.
and I guess your typing speed is 30 or something?

Nah he’s gay

Yep buying a book that will produce no gains beyond anything in the fit sticky when you could have go 2 bottles of test and gained far more. Post body dyel natties

Do you have a cock?

>What are quads and hamstrings

then why not just screenshot the relevant bits
it really isn't that hard if you have ever used a computer before

No facepulls everyday? What the fuck Jeff?

It's 50 pages of this shit.

> checked
Face pulls don't appear until week 5 haha

Sorry, I'm not as adept at stealing things as you are.

kek, if that's true, you got memed

PTs make shit needlessly complicated to justify their fees
no one will pay for an actual program that works, because everyone already knows about pic rel routines

a very small, feminine benis yes

You got meme'd boy. What were you thinking throwing away $100 like that? Are you just some desperate fat guy who thinks spending some large amount of money will magically make you physically fit?

hey there guy, dedicated Jow Forums lurker here; just stopping in to say I noticed you've been posting a lot about how proud you are of your steroidally enhanced body. You have impressive mass and I'm sure you're strong, but if you were happy with yourself would you constantly be pressing your opinion and your body upon the eyes of the denizens of fit? Is this how you cope with the agonizing guilt of cheating? Are you afraid of the inevitable inability to produce adequate testosterone naturally? Do you fear for a future of emotional swings, gyno, penis failure and psychological addiction? Why do you feel the urge to share with everyone your decision? Do you regret already?
Your posts reek of cope.
t. regular natty guy with nothing to prove

I don't want to directly talk shit about it and say it doesn't work but god damn it is needlessly complicated. Bunch of weirdo exercises and equipment requirements. With the right coaching and access/time I'm sure it would get results but I don't see why I'd move off Greyskull or 5/3/1 for something like this.

>$100
>large amount of money

jesus christ user...

>not editing 50 fucking pages
This would take me less than 5 minutes using foxit reader. But nevermind, told me everything I needed to know anyway. It's basically just a shitty a 5 day brosplit. Even greyskull is better than that shit. The frequency is a joke. I'll stick to my A/B split HST routine. Thanks anyway though.

Post body

I could have spent that on more useful things like when protein and some needlessly cool jug than getting scammed by some PT. No wonder you're scared of posting your PDF so we can see what your program is

>It's basically just a shitty a 5 day brosplit

more nuanced than that in the later weeks but yes, that's pretty much it

> greyskull is better than that shit
I made good gains on Greyskull. Can't knock it.

>A/B split HST routine
care to post?

guaranteed, Jeff has never done a routine like this to get where he is.
Yet he wants the people that pay him to do that?
Nah, when people don't get results, he just wants to be able to say "did you follow the workout correctly?" and the answer will always be "no"

Bingo. Can't imagine him making pro baseball players do crap like this honestly.

> Oh hey Manny, you're not pitching tonight?
> n-no Jeff...I'm gonna
> Sweet, come hop on one leg for 30 minutes then let's do some facepulls!

>1/2/3/4 after 2 months

for people who come from athletic backgrounds, this is achievable imo

I think Greg's program is fucking better than this shit. See pic

Attached: Capture.png (731x477, 45K)

Agreed, they already have the endurance and muscle built up. Just need to work on fiber recruitment.

What about abs and calfs?

you guys are delusional

He doesn't speak to them directly but you'd obviously want to add in your own ab circuit and calf work.

Those seem to be 2 body parts that are more genetically dependent than others imo. Some dudes have the monstrous calves just from like running on the beach, where as I can do a million 200 lb calf raises and not see shit haha

t. Greg doesn't really program legs...his whole shtick is the Hollywood physique

as for abs, he assumes you'll get them via intermittent fasting

> intermittent fasting to build abdominal muscles

Literally what

sorry not to build, I meant that I think his view is that you'll build your abs through all the compound exercises and shit and the best way to get them to pop for the Hollywood look is via intermittent fasting and being really lean

DYELS thinking Athlean-x program is something special
It's probably Starting Strength with facepulls and curls at the end
might as well be
Best programs are free and people who buy programs get scammed

>care to post?
It's a pain to write out on a phone, but the basic idea is this:
>2-3 weeks at 15-20 rep range, for joint health
>2-3 weeks at 8-12 rep range, for hypertrophy
>2-3 weeks of 5/3/1, for strength
>One week rest
>increase weights that felt easier, repeat
My routine is A1/B1/A2/B2/A3/B3/x because of variations, but the idea is to split all your targeted muscle groups into two days, much like , and hit each targeted muscle group three times a week. Because the frequency is higher, I'll usually only do 2 working sets for the 8-20 rep weeks. Focus on compounds of course, always rotate variations for even development, add whatever accessories you feel you are lacking, and try to keep workouts to about one hour or less. The exact lifts you use to accomplish this aren't as important. I basically just incorporated all the comment sense shit everyone already knows and this was the result. It's been working really well for me so far. Haven't hit any plateaus since and my joint pain is gone. I also do cardio every morning and lift in the evening, never in the same 4-hour window.

Why Athlean looks kinda like a DYEL?

Nigger.

Dude's mostly natty (probably on a little test), short, and lean.

I concur

TRT occasioanl low dose cutting drug isn't concerned with getting huge because there's no money or fun in looking like and living like a BBer

>paying for a program

Why does he recommend flexing?
