I do a lot of cardio. I'm nearing 40 and have a lion's mane of hair. Mostly germanic genes. I find anglos, scotch/irish go bald like motherfuckers.

Cardio probably helps the scalp in terms of blood flow. Your hair grows faster if there's more blood flow, but I'm not sure about thicker/baldness prevention. Scalp massages and or brushing your hair help blood flow, cardio probably does too but not focused in that particular area
I've noticed when I'm in a tri training cycle my hair grows like a motherfucker, I usually have to adjust my monthly haircut schedule to every 2 weeks.

Stop using shitty shampoo with sulphates and silicon and shit in it. After you get out of the share dry you hair, and while it is still damp rub 10 drops of the argon oil through it. Even if you aren't worried about hair loss/resto you should be putting argon and PEO/TTO in your hair.

Well, all proven methods to grow back hair (or atleast slow down the process of balding) seem to really not do much more than target bloodflow. Bloodflow definitely seems to be the main factor. And ye, cardio does train your bloodflow. So im guessing that in theory, it could be beneficial.
