Can you really add inches to your shoulders in adulthood like this, or is this some kind of frauding?

Bro both of these guys are either natty or roided for something didn’t have to roid to get, they just trained deltoids and last enough

just looks like they fixed their posture and got muscles, also holding their arms wider.

c'mon son, you've got to bait harder than that.

the first guy has decent clavicles so his shoulders would always look good if developed.

Yes the secret is you have to do a lot of lat-pulldowns.

Can confirm. Lat pulldowns, pullups, and lat pullovers.

>can you add muscle to your body when adult

What about chin-ups

Lies. Red bull gives you wings.

I have the body of the guy on the left, and my goal is the guy on the right.

Sadly I have not been motivated enough to get my ass in the gym every day, life keep shitting on me.

This summer should be pretty good, I think I can finally start at my Jow Forums goals.

Wish me luck, brehs.

Work your delts and your shoulders will get bigger
Jesus Christ some of you are retarded, it's not to rocket science

bone maleability goes until 25 , from then it is harder but still possible

Literally doesn’t require luck just shut the fuck up and put the work in at the gym like millions and millions of other people successfully do. As someone infinitely more fit than youll ever be, i’ll give you a tip - if you really wanted to be fit, you would start tomorrow, not some distant time in the future when everything will be perfect and you’ll finally have motivation etc etc.

How long between pics?

A whole year apart but I wasnt lifting all the time. You could probably get those gains in less then a year if you stick to diet/exercise.

Natty? Very impressive.

Posture can naturally get better when you get fit because your muscles can hold up your skeleton better. I saw a video about curing "nerd-neck". It's literally a matter of working out the back of your upper legs (no idea what the muscles are called).

The trinity of getting broad is lat pulldown, lateral raises, and military press. Upright rows optional but some people here are against them

Good god those tats

Well, I have very broad shoulders anyway. But ever since I started lifting about 8 months ago they have gotten seemingly way wider and bigger. The muscle gets bigger so your shoulders get visibly bigger. Doesn't seem that complicated desu.

>behind the neck press
dropped

>like this
his shoulder bones are the same size. his delts are larger

Oxandrolone

this, /thread

this is partly a camera focal length trick. left is wide, right is long and zoomed in.

Fuck you. I'm 5'11" started at 125 lbs currently sitting at 131. You'll never get to the picture on the right if you don't make the change now. Lifting takes discipline and if you don't learn that soon you'll never get there. My university finals are next week and I had two semester-long projects due tomorrow and I still found time to lift. No excuses.

Its true though, you fucking retard. The black guy has WIDE clavicles, really wide. The other guy, slightly above average. You're the type if dumbass to look at a 13 year old David Laid photo and say he has a bad frame because he's skinny. You are too stupid to look past bodyfat and look at the BONES. Cope more, claviclet.

Whats the difference between a milatary press and a OHP?

That is the gayest smoothbrain bullshit I've seen in a hot minute. And it frustrates me because for decades people treated that kind of garbage like fact.
>front raises
Dead
>low pulley raise
#Wasteyourowntime2019
>alternate db AND barbell
Just do barbell
>btn press
Lmao

>Seated military press
No I ain't gonna fuck up my health with that shit

Even as a skelly you're more of a man than ever will be. At least you take charge of your own life.
Going to make it.

>the back of your upper legs (no idea what the muscles are called)

...hamstrings?

Motivation comes from the process buddy. If you go to the gym you're gonna make progress, and start feeling less like life is shitting on you.

redpill me on front raises user

No need to go every day, just do full body three times a week, it’s easy enough to manage. And fuck summer, go today and get going. Relying on motivation doesn’t get you anywhere, I probably don’t want to go 80% of the time, but I just go because that’s what getting fit requires. You probably don’t ask yourself if you feel motivated to shower or brush your teeth either, because you know that’s simple maintenance for your body. Just start right now, you can do it brah
Based, you’re gonna make it

look at his clavicles they are exactly the same. That's what adding muscle does

Nerd

nothing, they're the same excercise under a different name

you add width to your shoulders by having a larger back, the shoulders are a muscle of definition, the back muscles are what form the foundation of your frame

Imagine doing all this shit instead of weighted pull ups

No DYEL infographics plz

Strictness of form, mp you lock your legs and feet together and squeeze your butt to essentially make a concrete column out of your lower half, taking the legs out of the lift (can't bounce with your legs.) this stance also makes it harder to maintain a centre of balance because your foundation is narrower.

Ohp you have a wider stance with your feet making a more stable centre of balance and it's easier to use the legs to get the bar moving (if you so choose.)

Ohp makes it easier to move heavier weights than mp I've found.

On your next shoulder day do an A/B with both movements and you'll see what I mean.

Yes

cuck

Different focal lengths for each picture. Anyone saying anything else is brainlet as fuck.
