10 pounds gone. but looks the same

Went from 172 in late march to 162 today. After a whole month of running, cycling and curling dumbbells not much changed other than weight. I did get faster and now able to curl 35's. I am thinking about going to 155 maybe 150 this summer. Anyone got any tips to improve bod? For those who might ask what's your height I am a 5'9 manlet. I was 205 in December so I guess I am doing something right.

You need to gain muscle. Looking better and getting cuts requires you to put on size. You can lean but for 5 months at a slight deficit of 300 calories and you will appear to actually lose fat despite that you’ll have slightly gained some. You have nothing to cut to and you’re wasting your time doing excessive cardio and cutting white you’re Ethiopia mode.

Check the sticky under the gaining weight section. There's a right and wrong way to gain and you don't want to get too fat/not put on weight.

I'm going through something similar. To fix it I've cut my cardio down, focussed on my lifting and added more calories and protein. Only started a few days ago. Hoping I'll see some difference in 4-6 weeks.

jesus fucking christ im 5'9 and i was trying to cut to 160 from 210 but i think i'll stop at 170

at least im lifting so i'll have some muscle mass on my frame
