I wouldn't call it "low-carb" but it's probably lower carb than the oats that most people will recommend on this board:
Breakfast shake:
3 eggs
2 bananas
1 shake mix packet (pic related)
1 heaping tablespoon peanut butter
1-2 cups of milk (but you could easily use almond milk instead)
Fast, easy, relatively cheap, and it clocks in at around 700Cals
"Low carb" is a useless moniker. I think my breakfast it "low carb" but it has 75g oats in it (30-ish% carbs overall). Just add eggs, peanut butter, and spinach to whatever you eat now.
