Because it’s a pull exercise.

Your body is designed much more for pulling than pushing, hence why doing a Push/Pull split doesn't make sense. You should probably pull approximately 30% more than you push.

there's no such thing as pull day. Literally work out whatever body part you want as long as you don't hit the same thing in consecutive days. Stop being gym-elitist and assume there's only one way to work out
