How tall are you? Routine? Maybe train grip more for that deadlift or use straps. Also, don’t scream in the gym autist. Put 1 pound extra on each side of the bar if you have to, at least you are still getting stronger.

You aren't eating nearly enough. You should be shooting for at least 3000 calories a day making sure you eat 1g of protein for each pound you weigh.

I think I'm a freak of nature. I literally cannot gain muscle no matter how hard I push myself at the gym and no matter how hard I push myself to eat calories and protein. I'm a manlet and macro tracking apps generally put this as my maintenance.
Deload your deadlift for a week and use hookgrip. Worked for me.
