If you're 20% bf you need to cut. 20% should be your goal for the bulk, but if you're already at that bulking will just make you fat

No, just lift while on a 500 calorie deficit and you can make gains while shedding the fat, though it won't be any massive gains

When I bulked to 20% bf had a 400lb squat, 450 dl, 290 bench and people would say shit like “oh wow I didn’t know you lifted”. I’m 15% bf now and look decent, might be a bonafide brad/Thad when I hit 12
