I'm white, tall, strong frame with broad shoulders and a big dick. I'd like to MAX out my potential so what is a simple easy hassle free routine I can smash out a few times per week?

As a Chad (i guess, since im 6'1, good looking and 195 at 7% body fat) whos played sports all my life, here is the routine ive stuck with more or less since i was 15. just got off my first test cycle too,solid af .
mon - chest and bis -
tues- back and tris
wed- shoulders
thurs- legs
fri - off
dont feel like posting each workout but just do 4 exercises with 3-4 sets each and youll be good.
repeat, take another day off as needed.
abs 3x week, cardio 3x week to stay lean

6 days a week do 2 bench days 2 squat days and 2 deadlift days
1 bench day max out a press variation the other do a 10x2
same goes for squats and deads and finish each workout with some 4x12s or other accessories to compliment main lift and core

Curls, bench press and overhead press all go without saying. Chins, pullups or rows are a must. Have to get the Chad V torso somehow. Deadlift, so you have an excuse to drop hundreds of pounds from waist height whenever you feel like it. Clean variations, for when you really feel like being a dick and want to drop some weight from chest height. What else... I think that about covers it. As for sets and reps, basically just do whatever the fuck you want whenever you want. Diet should be mostly burgers, pizza, beer, and meat, plus whatever you feel like eating. If you do all of this and come out looking good and not getting your ass kicked or kicked out of the gym, you might actually be a Chad.

Diet, no breakfast most days (unless I fucking feel like it) and based around meat and milk, with plenty of fruit and veg also. Carbs are very high quality e.g. fancy sourdough bread or real Italian egg pasta, tastes supreme. No calorie counting.

Tree trunk legs feel pretty chad desu. Makes girls wet when you wear manly (so straight cut) trousers.

ABC or PPL works wonders for natty chads like us. Eat lean chicken breasts with rice 3 times a day, eggs and bacon on breakfast, and have a couple of snacks thorughout the day and youll make it.

Get a home gym, it's probably travelling there and back and showering/changing that makes it seem so long.

I frequently forget and work 9-10 hours a day, but even with just the regular 8 hours, it takes 1 hour to get to and back from work.

At least an hour in the day showering and dressing and picking clothes. Add in some chores around the house and outside.

Then factor in a kid, a wife, friends and family that you have to interact with.

Add keeping up with the advancements in your area of expertise if you have a career.

Add the amount of time your actual hobbies take.

If you have all that, spending 5 hours a week in the gym and a couple of hours to and from there seems autistic, especially considering that you have at the very least slightly less energy to do other stuff after hitting the gym.

If you can find the time for two gyms visits a day start splitting. One or two small muscles per workout (sort of). Do one of the big three every AM. Bench, DL, squat. 4x10 then finish the hour focusing on pecs (flys, etc.), glutei, quads. PM day one PUSH, Triceps/Delts, day 2 PM PULL curl/back, day three other leg muscles or PM off.

Personally I substitute pull ups for DL and sled for squat because of old man’s back. Gives you 3 days rest between really wringing muscles out.

This is what I follow with the exception of a few exercises (like behind the neck press)
Pretty much do your big compound lifts for strength gains then go fucking insane with high reps for your other workouts

What about having a 'strength foundation'? Do I really need to do SS or some shit for 6 months before I can do PPL or is that BS?
