because (((science))) says

There's a huge push for it because it's lucrative, gets people partially sick and dependent on certain things, and it lowers fertility rates.

Same reason there's a massive and very visible anti-antivax media push and the so-called measels outbreak is happening and heavily publicized across the western world.

Because your specific conception of a vegan diet is not nutritious, just like how any omnivore diet can be made up of junk food. There are valid arguments against veganism, but yours is not one of them.

There's a war on for your mind (and body)
Let Francis redpill you on this
m.youtube.com/watch?v=yJLhnts9-oQ

>people actually believe this

You didn't answer the question.

You can get enough protein in a vegan diet, theres not a question to answer youre just fucking retarded

the #1 cause of death in usa is heart disease, vegans have the lowest cholesterol. Eating meat everyday takes its toll on your blood pressure.
>majority of americans, even vegans, get more than 70g protein everyday on average without trying
>the real crisis is the fiber crisis, most people arent getting 40g a day (and 40g is a minimum, you might benefit from even more)
>vegan staple foods like beans, oats, and vegetables are excellent sources of fiber
If you have a hate for vegans just criticize their b12 and vitamin D levels. Thats the real problem with vegan diets.
>vegetarian with lots of milk is much better than vegan

I wish more people understood this. It applies to keto as well, there are healthy things to eat and unhealthy things to eat on it. Self control is more important than any meme diet like veganism, keto, carnivore, etc even if they might each have certain benefits
If we're going down the /x/pol/ route, I'd add in that animal fats increase testosterone hence the vegan push
Also muh climate change

i've seen enough mexican amateur videos to lose my appetite seeing that image

meat doesn't cause CVD, or any other disease for that matter.

Thanks for faggot pilling me

does LDL cholesterol cause cvd?
does beef contain LDL cholesterol?
therefore
eating lots of meat leads to hypertension, heart attacks, strokes

that has never been proven.

Because it's not healthier. You being healthy is not profitable.

The heart disease comes from processed foods excess carbs and oils.

Eating whole foods, eating less, and being more active makes everyone healthier.

Diet like that takes discipline
and can be expensive. You
need to get on the web, like
anything.

its not, simple as that.

It's not, but carbs aren't actually literally Hitler.

Shut up, Yoda.

Veganism is the opposite of healthy. Look at the latest street-activist vegans in England. Spoiler, the cast for "vegan activists" and "homeless crack addicts" appears to be the same people.

its basicaly like communism

alot of people claim its amazing if done correctly even though anyone that has done it ends up malnourished and looking like they havent eaten in months

Vegans eat like shit. Everyone of them i know eats junky food

>How is vegnism supposed to be healthy

It's a diet based on morality, everything else is secondary. Humans are resilient and can live on a wide variety of diets so a person can still thrive on a vegan diet. If someone truly wants to know the healthiest diet for themselves they'd get frequent bloodwork (I'd say every 6 weeks) and modify their diet according to what their bloods say. Anyone chucking hyperlinks at you to convince you their diet is the healthiest isn't doing it for your sake, they're just trying to convince themselves. The only datapoint that matters to an individual is flowing in their veins.

Peas, beans, lentils, nuts. Plenty of protein and I don't even miss meat.

I still do eggs and dairy though, that makes it a lot easier to get protein

Good posts tonight.

1. Complex carbs/fiber are good for you
2. They can and do get enough protein

Same here. Still gained more muscles after I ditched meat, and I increasingly get bigger. As long as you're not a brainlet when it comes to food and nutrition, then it's easy.

Let's cherry pick some more, faggot

it isn't. I remember reading a study in which vegans, vegetarians, omnivores, and those who ate almost entirely meat were compared. the omnivores were healthiest, while vegans were surprisingly the least healthy. However the scientists who conducted the research didn't make any concrete conclusions as they were aware that a multitude of factors had likely generated this result (such as junk food like oreos being "vegan", or the fact that many people with preexisting health problems turn to veganism in hopes it will improve their health).
My 2 cents is that veganism/vegetarianism/omnivorism(is that even a word?) is less important than macro/micro nutrient quantities/ratios. You can get all your nutrients from plants if you really want to, and be just as healthy as someone who eats meat. However, it will simply be harder to obtain certain nutrients such as protein (as you mentioned), vitamin b12, iron, calcium, creatine etc.
luckily we live in an age where food is so available to people in developed countries that they can eat nothing but plants and not end up nutrient deficient. the truth is, prehistoric man probably ate whatever the fuck he could find and didn't give too shits if it were a plant or an animal... he was happy not to starve to death.

Look at that faggot expression on the guy in the top right. Makes me want to punch something.

not one of them has an impressive physique when you compare them with other bodybuilders

>How is vegnism supposed to be healthy when it’s low protein and almost completely carbohydrates
It promotes a diet wherein supposedly more nutrients are consumed in the forms of vegetables, higher fiber (which may be negligable), and avoids lactose.

However, most vegans (and vegetarians) just end up chowing down on tons more high-carb sugary snacks, and end up looking like either a malnourished skinny alien or overweight fuck by consequence.

The vast majority vegetarians and vegans I know do it out of some kind of misguided animal charity, although like all diets there are those with legitimate medical concerns. Then there's also environmental concerns, such as cow farts and water usage. Despite how an economy heavily reliant on agriculture causes mass desertification and reduces co2 absorbtion in the ground.

Just like how plastic was once considered good for the environment because it didn't contribute to deforestation, I'm sure we'll see a backlash against avoiding meat in half a century.

Tl;dr meme diets are silly unless your body sucks and you need them.

The idea is that if you compare them, then you literally cannot tell which one is a vegan. Because living on a vegan diet, doesn't automatically mean you're malnourished

literally all steroid users

Vegans are easy to understand. Imagine taking a pill that makes you so retarded that you just keep taking them day after day.

>>majority of americans, even vegans, get more than 70g protein everyday on average without trying

LOL where did you pull that statistic out of? Your momma's ass?

>>the real crisis is the fiber crisis, most people arent getting 40g a day (and 40g is a minimum, you might benefit from even more)

This sounds plausible, though.

>/x/ is at it again
Sure, don't vaccinate, die of easily preventable diseases that were almost completely dead 30 years ago, while also endangering everyone around you.
Fuck off back to your shit board, retard.

Brad Schoenfeld said that if you want to go vegan, you have to diversify your protein sources. Meat protein are "high quality proteins" that have all the necessary amino acids. Why is that? Like fruit that has the perfect mix of minerals, vitamins and water in them (might say through evolution fruit and veggies found a good way of surviving by having perfect mix of everything) same goes for animals, their muscles need a perfect mix of whatever they need for proper evolution and function. My English is fucked but basically, eat meat for your meat (muscles), eat fruit and veggies for everything else.

Considering how USA infected that African country with syphilis through vaccines just to study it's effect on people (fact not a conspiracy), you'd understand why people are afraid of it.

>youtube.com/watch?v=LUnlr86pjhc

Watch the video m8. It's not cherry picking, it's your vegan squad IRL (I'll sum it up because I know leftists/vegans are immune to the truth--- it's just antifa on "vegan activism" day)

This war is going to be hilarious because one side is deliberately starving themselves, malnourishment at best.

>Then they point to a handful of bodybuilders 99.999999999% of IRL vegans do NOT look like

Attached: 1556063300512.jpg (700x700, 394K)

And the meat eaters get breathless climbing stairs.

Let's see

>prehistoric man probably ate whatever the fuck he could find and didn't give too shits if it were a plant or an animal... he was happy not to starve to death

Truth bomb right there.
"Veganism" is a kind of delusion of wealthy societies. We're so rich in the west people go on rabid protesting? Against categories of food??

Imagine some hungry people in Haiti, and you explain to them about 'veganism' they would probably call you a liar and refuse to believe such stupid people exist. (Vegans)

Attached: 1548768484269.jpg (500x500, 43K)

>Because living on a vegan diet, doesn't automatically mean you're malnourished

That is your opinion, but the IRL results, of the long term vegans, prove otherwise. Vegan sheep love to worship and adore the pretty 20-something vegans (who are probably eating meat like Rawvana)

Vegan followers turn their eyes and don't look at the long term vegans like raw runner, Arnold Kaufman, and the stars of the epitome series lol

I don't believe in your so-called vegan "studies".

>>yes, this man seems knowledgeable and reasonable

>>> nutritional advice that eating nothing but raw meat is healthy

Ironically that is not Sverige diet, nor is that the advice he gives. (Sverige eats oranges, cottage cheese etc etc tons of stuff besides raw meat)

I think if a leftist ever told the truth, even by accident, the world would end.

Attached: 1548224451890.jpg (1242x2073, 1.29M)

Prehistoric man gathered in family groups to hunt slow moving dim witted mammals that weighed a couple of fucking tons. They didn’t waste time shopping in the strawberry aisle. Woman butchered the beasts and roasted the bones for marrow. It was only when the animals became scarcer did the women get sent out to scrounge for shit like berries.

IOW if the best source of nutrition you can sneak up on is a fucking vegetable you are already leading a pretty goddam pathetic life.

the classic Jow Forums paranoia

I'm happy for you lad.

>Accuses someone of cherrypicking
>Posts pictures of people from the 1% of vegans who take steroids and don't look emasciated
The majority of vegans are unhealthy looking people who are skinny, have skin and hair issues, are bloated and tired all the time and have some serious illnesses cooking up in their gut.

Sterroid arent from animals?

oy vey dont ask these questions

It's kind of bizarre that we are arguing "which diet is healthier" when the long term vegans look like main characters in a zombie movie.

Attached: 1554901914054.jpg (1280x720, 58K)

how are you gonna call someone for cherry pick and then doing exactly the same?

1. The concerns that vegans raise are valid. Factory farming is often cruel, and our food habits are not sustainable. Veganism is the most retarded answer to real problems.

2. Veganism is in fact not healthy in the slightest.

3. A lot of people are 3-6 years into Veganism, and their health problems are starting to pile up so they're starting to leave. The Veganism fad has it its peak and it'll start to die down from now on.

4. Veganism operates like a stupid cult too.

5. Adding some tofu or soi into your diet in moderation is fine, just don't make it majority of your protein. I eat like 250g per week. You should get as diverse protein sources as possible, but most (90%) should be animal.

6. Other diets, like octo-lacto-vegetarianism, medeterainian diet, or the fish only diet, are middle ground diets that answer some of the questions Vegans are raising, while being healthy and more sustainable.

7. Sardines are both an insanely good source of protein, cheap, and incredibly sustainable. More should eat these. At least a few cans a week.

>There's a huge push for it because it's lucrative, gets people partially sick and dependent on certain things, and it lowers fertility rates.
A huge push by who? My government in the UK is not shilling a vegan diet and I don't know one that is.

If you mean by companys that are made by people then yes, you are right. Because it makes money and this is a free market. It only makes money because people are buying it.

Fuck, i'd sell idiots plant burgers made from awful, rancid and refined plant ingredients if I had the chance to, because it makes a fuck ton of money.

>gets people partially sick

Is it any different than mcdonalds selling you shitty meat cooked in overused oil?

You are a liar.
In Europe, the us and especially Australia you can't turn on the TV without sone retarded vegan propaganda getting shoved down your throat.

I live in the US and I don't get this at all. If anything, it's Trump bullshit that you can't avoid

At least Trump doesn't mean anything he says, so I don't see how that should bother any snowflakes.
(Except his promises to Israel of course, these he keeps)

If you want to see examples of vegan propaganda, promoted in the mainstream here you go...

youtube.com/watch?v=3odC9gEXX2c

youtube.com/watch?v=8_CXwa-_5Uk
youtube.com/watch?v=a_UEzvuOJdI

I get a minimum of 180 grams of protein a day. I make sure that at least 150 grams of that is from very high quality sources like legumes, and I get the rest from stuff like peanut butter, nuts, seeds and oatmeal. I also get in at least 100 grams of fat a day from peanut butter, nuts, seeds, and the oil I use to cook some meals. A vegan lifting diet really isn't much higher carb from a standard omnivore lifting diet if you don't eat much things like rice, and just get your carbs from your protein sources. The way I think about it when planning meals is that instead of having a protein and fat source as your main food, and a carbohydrate source on the side like you would on an omni diet, I have my carb and protein source as my main food and have a fat source on the side. It takes a little bit to get used to, but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy to have balanced macros. Also, you have to keep in mind that lots of staple foods for vegans (like legumes) are high fiber in addition to being high carb, so even if your carb count is high, your net carbs will probably just be moderate.

I live in the US an am not a retard, so I see school lunches and shit getting s󠀀oy'ed to the fucking nines ever since Michelle Obama, Goddamn Thundercunt Supreme, started butting her unlifting ass into the subject.

Because it's high fiber and low calorie. Obviously a vegan is going to be healthier than your average lardass, even if it's not efficient for training. Thing is, most people never exercise at all.

>If you want to see examples of vegan propaganda, promoted in the mainstream here you go...
>bonkers youtube people with unironic "illuminati confirmed" imagery
disregarded

>I live in the US an am not a retard
>an am not a retard
If your not retarded, than American schools must halve very low standards for English ability.

Vegans... Bad!
Malnourished!!
