Welcome to the "average bench, shit squat" team
I haven't lifted in probably 3 months
nobody gives a shit tripnigger
you are a failure and a dissapointment
Yeah buddy.
All time best bench is lmao4pl8.
All time best squat is 3.5pl8.
yep same. i do front squats though and symmetric strength says theyre even at least. dunno man. horrible knees and back really settin me back a bunch but i love squats. hate to see them go but I'm really not sure i can do them anymore.
>diddly more than my bench, squat, and OHP combined
I do front squats too. Not sure how they're supposed to compare to back squats in terms of how much weight you can load. I know front squats obviously you cant do as much, but what would be the equivalent of 3 plates for front squat?
Not entirely sure my friend. My bench Currently sits at 255 1rm and my front squat is 225 for 5 reps. symmetric strength says my symmetry rating is a 94/100, so if i had to guess front squat to bench is almost 1 to 1 ratio?
What's your Ape Index?
>Curl more than I can overhead
>shit more than i eat
>curl more than I bench
Same same.
Back Squat should be 1.5 of your front Squat, which is just about so for me.
Damn my nigga you got issues
>press more than I deadlift
>ohp more than my incline bench
What the fuck guys
>Spend more time surfing a racist echochamber than any other activity in life
>surfing in a chamber
>Never pay attention to the weight, just show up, get a pump, make it rain
>Spend more time surfing a racist echochamber than any other activity in life
Feels breddy good
>swimming in a cube
oh woops i was projecting and compared it to bench. yeah 1.5 seems about right as far as back squat goes
sup gramps
RIP Verne.
Squats are for faggots and gals. No gymbro in his right mind would even consider the idea of doing a squat.
>muh raycism
Oh my fucking god kill yourself you dumb zoomer.

I bet you just don't count your bodyweight
3pl8 squat=315lbs - bar - your bodyweight
