i eat chocolate, drink dairy, dont drink enough water, and wash my face once a week and my skin is flawless. i feel like skin health is highly genetic
None of those things should negatively effect skin really. You’re right though, it is mostly genetics.
And there is me eating one piece of chocolate and the next morning I have one painful pimple
This routine has greatly improved my skin and hair health and look. Although I do recommend trying it, I don't think it will work for most people.
Hair: I don't use shampoo. Ever. I wash it most of the time with water at the gym and 1 or 2 times a week with conditioner. By was I don't mean just pouring water on it. I scrub it a bit to get rid of any dirt in it. This routine will work for people with really dry hair.
Skin: I wash twice a day with a gentle face wash and put some moisturizing cream right after. I also use exfoliate 1 or 2 times a week. I don't exfoliate the same day I shave. I don't do this myself because where I live there is not that much sun throughout the day but I would also put on some sunscreen after the cream is absorbed. This is a pretty basic routine but for some people with more oily skin pouting cream, all the time may be bad.
>don't use hair products, just hot and cold water to cleanse it out
>never use liquid soaps to wash myself in
>drink a shitton of water all the time
Rarely get acne or zits any more.
what worked for me:
hair
- NEVER let hot water touch your beloved hair ever
- only use "natural" coffeine shampo not containing a chemic bomb
- Shampoo only 2 max 3 times per week
- use of hair water morning and evening
- dermarolling 1-2 times a week
- take biotin zinc supplement everyday
- drink enough and eat your brocooli
more and stronger hair as a result
im a skin noob, but:
- cold water while washing your face
- eating clean keeps pimples away for me
- PLUS: Getting older not kidding, skin getting better and better.
bonus: low stress levels keep your hair and skin intact
ALL GONNA MAKE IT
How do I get rid off dead skin on my face?
Hard wash my face with nails.
2 days later face is full of dead skin.
use a moisturizer and wash your face every now and then
TFW I'm a glorious 19 yo faggot who doesn't need to care for his hair for it to look beautiful
My skin care routine:
>Morning:
Shower, but don't wash face
Light moisturizer
Sunscreen
>Night:
Gentle cleanser
Toner
Exfoliant (depends on day of the week if it's a AHA or BHA)
Heavy moisturizer
Rosehip oil
Vaseline for lips only
Always use cold water to wash face.
Use a chemical exfoliant regularly, both AHA's and BHA's, but use em like ABxABxx throughout the week.
There is the skin care general on /fa/ go there
Honey, egg white & vinger (any kind, tea spoon): mix till foam, place on face before bed, done.
Post hair

any psoriasis fags here?
got it basically all over my body (guttate), mostly on my back, ribs and ass. small spots on legs and arms. bigger plaques on scalp.
any non-chemical shit that helped for you? like diet or something?
currently trying out OMAD keto, but my cravings for pasta and processed sugary shit are killing me
Blueberries. Lotion and sunlight.
Who here got one of these bad boys? Been getting so many “your skin looks so nice” after starting it
post face
In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
Getting glowing skin is mostly the result of doing a lot of cardio, eating a lot of fruit/veggies and not drinking alcohol.

Moisturize daily, this is important
Femanon and I can go from 4/10 to 6.5/10 with that alone in a few days
Also having facials every once in a while helps. And sometimes I rinse my face with green tea but idk if that really does something or it's just a meme
Wear mineral based sunscreen
>Hair: I don't use shampoo. Ever.
How long is your hair? I had decent results doing this when I had really short hair but I've grown it out a bit and it just looks greasy after 2 days.
Now I shampoo like 2-3 times a week using tea tree shampoo, it washes the hair without drying it out too much or giving it too much volume (I have natural thick hair already). Conditioner afterwards.
Has anyone here ever tried leave in conditioners? I've hard they work great for people with thick and lots of hair
Drink water
BHA lotion
Retinol and Sunscreen
shampoo every 2 days and scrub hard to stimulate hair growth and improve bloodflow and exfoliate the scalp so new hairs can grow easier
Anyone done fillers? Hows the experience? Seems like that is the only way how to fix my dark circles and veins under eyes.
Has anyone ever successfully gotten rid of these before? I used Cetaphil face wash for the first time for a few days and broke out into about a half dozen of these all around my mouth. I have tried using warm compresses, icing, and salicylic acid for over a month now but nothing improves the appearance of them what so ever. I used to rarely get pimples and thought using a facewash would help keep them away, now my skin is absolutely trashed, and it's the worst It's ever been (28 years old). Does anyone have any good methods to deal with this?
Cystic Acne. I am suffering from one on my cheek. Nothing has helped so far. Worse of all, they take like a month to go away and scar. HELP
I would also like some help with this
Just get a Tretinoin .05% script fags
Biotin is useless. If your hair isn't falling out you have enough biotin and taking more won't do anything. God I hate the fucking supplement industry.
this is the only video you will ever need:
Don't men have different skin than women?
I avoid the sun, exfoliate and put a mask on every week or so.
t. baby face 29 yr old.
I shave my head
I wash my face and naked scalp with soap.
I put on a thin layer of coconut oil onto my face feet and cock and balls.
Yeah, you just need to care for it if you want it to stay that way.
>try taking care of skin somewhat
>acne gets worse
welp
Anyone have any experience with the Acne.org regiment?
So it’s best to not use shampoo or anything? Why is it best not to?
I started to get acne around the time I started getting Jow Forums. At first I assumed it was hormonal or maybe even the extra dairy that was fucking up my skin. But I'm 100% serious when I tell you it was all the oatmeal I was eating. I cut it out 3 months ago on the advice of some random person here, and I haven't had a zit since.
>£140
what in the name of fuck
Can be had on Ebay for half. It’s worth it though
Got them, expensive but really helps. Don’t forget to get preventative Botox too.
Can you link me to a legit ebay seller? A lot of offers seem to cheap to be true
I’d just look at the reviews of the seller
Anyone using minoxidil or finasteride here? thinking of buying morr-f to halt my hair from rotting any further
I also would appreciate info. I've tried several times and I get redness but no pain or bleeding.. can't tell if I'm doing it right
