How do you get big when you're genetically predisposed to be skinny?

I am very skinny, and despite a couple of pudgy spells when I was younger, I have been wiry and lean most of my life (I guess I could be described as an "ectomorph" but I don't know if that term/concept is still used).

I have been between 140-150 lbs during the past couple of years, but I just weighed myself, and I am 134 lbs. Yeah, fuck that. I want to get much bigger for a number of reasons, sex appeal, etc.

Jow Forums, how does a naturally skinny af dude get big? I am not really concerned with being shredded, although I am not opposed to it. I just want to have a man's body, not the body of a fucking 14 year old.

I am 5'10", almost 23 years old, and I weigh 134 lbs. I understand I will have to change my diet, lift weights, among other things perhaps, but I am going to need you guys to be specific. I've never attempted to do anything like this before.

Lift and force feed oneself with a caloric surplus for ~3-5 years then cut.

Eat. Seriously. Ideally do it with healthy foods, but really eat anything at this point. Red meat and fish like salmon are your friend. Have them every single day. You should be full to bursting every single day. If you’re really serious, track your calories. Eat way more than you burn. That’s it. Like 3-4K calories every single day.

For some people, training+force-feeding is the only way to gain weight. Weight in muscle mass since weight in fat is somehow to hard to get.

Start with pic related. After 6-12 months move on to PHUL.
Calculate tdee. Add 500kcal for the first year, this will approximately add 6kg to your weight in your first year. Track weight every day and adjust kcal to Amie just you're gaining weight. After one year half your surplus to 250kcal.

No, being fat requires inaction. It's easier. You don't seem to understand that people have different levels of appetite. But even setting that aside, bulking still requires you to go out, buy lots of food and take the time to eat it.

I've been doing the force feeding for almost 5 years. I still have to force feed, my appetite hasn't changed, I just got better at cooking and preparing foods i like. As soon as i stop force feeding i lose weight. I stopped for 3 weeks during my exams, i just ate as much as i wanted and i lost 5kg. That's how low my appetite is.

At least i went from 50kg to ~79kg (lean). So i'm not denying that force feeding doesn't work like those cancerous skellies who think they have a magical metabolism. I'm just saying it's tough and it didn't stop being annoying.

100g quaker oats = 375 cal (11g proteins)
1 banana = 100 cal (1g protein)
2 spoons of peanut butter / Wowbutter if allergic= 200 cal (8g proteins)
200 ml of milk = 110 cal (7g proteins)
1 serving whey isolate protein = 120 cal (25g proteins)
Water = Water

Yeah, alright. I see where you're coming from. I also lose weight if I'm on vacation or so. What I meant is that it becomes more routine to eat the right amount and that I became much more tolerant to it. Key is to keep tracking kcals, or at least know how much you have to eat. I usually track kcals a few days per week to keep the right intuition.

Advice for bulking for an actual hardgainer? I know it's not genetic, but I'm a hardgainer because I'm a poorfag. I can't afford a car or public transport so I'm forced to run everywhere and my lifestyle wastes insane amounts of calories as a result, I've been force feeding myself but it's impossible to keep up with the amount of calories i burn in day to day life

Was at 150lbs, 5'10 at 20 and now im 185lbs at 24. I took a long fucking time but im basically on a permanent bulk eating close to 4000cal a day and i barely gain wieght. All of it come straight out my ass. Just eat what you normally eat and add 5 eggs or drink mass gainer or something.
You should be happy cutting will be easy once you put on muscle mass and hopefully maintaining it too. Or 12week cycle until youre happy

Jow Forums posts about eating at surplus a lot but never goes into preventing/dealing with constipation. if i get 100g protein and 3000kcal 2 days in a row i end up messing my sleep up due to being so constipated. if i take metamucil as a quick fix i sometimes shit out food that is straight up undigested.

Idk bout you man, but I shit 2-3 times a day on 3500+ calorie bulks. Drinking coffee and eating fiber especially helps with it.
