Rep counter?

Also could it be because of my obsession with dick? Just curious

could be crepitus, google it. It's probably your tendons or joints just popping. Usually harmless

You're dying

As a hungry skeleton, it's completely normal. My bones rattle and click when I arouse their anger. It won't go away until I appease them by building more muscle

My knees click constantly in daily life and I feel immense pressure on them when I squat heavy

am i fucked

Reminder that talcum X shaves his widow's peak to be a more "authentic" black man

I have the same problem but it's only in my shoulders when I ohp and lateral raise. Is it an issue?

he also has his pictures done in black and white whenever possible to hide how not black he is

Fucking hate this larping cracker.

See a doctor. Dont fuck with kneecaps

Are you wrapping your knees?

>arms

Nah I don't wrap them, I wasn't sure if wrapping them would make it better or worse desu.

I don't hit depth when squatting heavy to make sure there is less pressure on my knees (usually supplement this by lowering the weight for 2/3 extra sets and going to full depth with no knee pressure)

I'm just worried theyre going to end up exploding and I wont be able to train anymore.

Will knee wraps help?

Your ITB is probably fucked, try rolling it out and stretching your quads

Ahh Talcom X, the only human on earth that everyone on Jow Forums agrees is white.

As long as there's no pain knee clicking shouldn't be an issue. If you're in pain consider visiting a doctor, though. Also wrapping is probably pointless unless you're squatting very heavy.

So you think it could be a mobility issue? I've never done any mobility stuff, foam rolling etc etc, because im a lazy cunt. If it'll help though I'll give it a go.

>As long as there's no pain knee clicking shouldn't be an issue. If you're in pain consider visiting a doctor, though

I did read this online, it's just uncomfortable when it clicks on basically every squat/deadlift

Also thank you anons

I agree with the other user that you should probably try using a foam roller. My knees click too, so what I recommend you do is foam roll your quads, then use a tennis ball and roll your hamstrings. Also stretch your hamstrings out, you should at least be able to touch your toes without warming up.

>you should at least be able to touch your toes without warming up.
I've never been able to even get close to touching my toes with or without warming up first. I did Muay Thai in some little village in Thailand for a week and the trainer kept shouting at me about it, little cunt.

I'll work on this and start foam rolling, thanks guys.

Well cause he is.

Do you mean elbow ?
Because this might help you

Read the post faggot

In my personal experience knee wrapping is a must. I do sled squats with over 400 pounds, quads with knee extension with the entire stack. My knees feel great after doing this wrapped. If I try knee extension with no wrap half the stack makes one knée or the other hurt. I have an idea why but it is tl/dr.

Yes. I know why your shoulder snaps.
