why do people shit on this guy? he is a chill/nice person, is natty, has elite strength for a natty, is open minded with regards to training/is not dogged in his beliefs, has done hundreds of free Q&As constantly, has free programs and regularly recs programs and methods by others if he feels he can't help best etc. guy's one of the best in online fitness for beginners and for dropping red pills and helpful tips (tons of his vids have cool little tweaks and pieces of advice that are really useful).

so i ask, why do people shit on him? i'll tell you why - he's clearly a reformed loser/nerd and still has some incel beliefs, and the losers who hate on him see him and are reminded of the fact that they themselves are losers. that's literally it. they hate him because they see themselves in him. it's pathetic.

Exactly right. You are 100% right, man. These spergs obviously see something of themselves in Alex, despite how much they vehemently deny it. When he was younger he did try to put on a 'masculine' persona, but that was when he was a young kid. Regardless, it doesn't matter how he came across, his advice was solid. He did his research, read hundreds of books on exercise science and is constantly looking for the latest studies so he might better optimize the information he gives out so it remains relevant. He's one of the most approachable guys in the YouTube fitness community I have known. I met him a while back at the Toronto Pro Show and he seemed a like a really decent guy who was genuinely happy to meet a viewer of his. He doesn't deserve even a quarter of the hate he receives, he's an honest guy.
