i eat only 1000 calories a day for weight loss. i have gone from 270 to 220 now. i will not stop until im at 180 at least

Lost 2kg this week but ate very well at my grandparents, including pastries, and will eat at my uncle's later at night.
I have been doing OMAD all this week combined with some exercise, so I'll get back on that tomorrow and just eat at dinner time after the gym.

I'm eating sub-700kcal/day and I don't feel much hunger. I don't crave anything either. It's not like I'm deliberately putting myself on a huge calorie deficit, I just dropped junk food and otherwise am eating "normally". How to adjust? I'm still a fat fuck and with this mass I continue to be a fat fuck for a while, but I feel like I've gone out of the frying pan and into the fire with my feeding.

I'm down to 196, my XXL jacket I bought before I started losing weight was wet from walking in the rain, so I tried on LG, it actually fits me again, a bit tight but not too uncomfortable. My starting weight was almost 250.

The issue is I felt fucking weird, I didnt eat with my family or friends which felt strange and I didnt feel like lifting at all which is one of the few things on this planet I really enjoy. About 1500 calories a day, -1000 tdee.
