I'm pretty sure you'd get a better workout doing girl pushups.

>smith machine squat

I am a girl. This is work out b. What do you think?

I prefer the smith machine because I can add weight without being anxious about hurting myself

No. Learn how to squat properly. Your body will thank you.

Ok, if you are not larping, go find a real and tested routine because this is going to get you nowhere.

You are morons high likely just monkeys behind keyboard

Someone with a brain rate my routine? This is day c and last

I’m only sure about work out A, as I’ve tested and tried it today. Will see how these go.

You'd get a better workout for your heart and ass by squating on my dick * f

Your routine is retarded and so are you, fucking retard
Find a real program instead of trying to create your own, its obvious you have no idea what the fuck you're doing

If this is fake, this is a waste of everyone's time. If this is real, nobody has the time or energy needed to pull you out of the visibly very deep pit of ignorance you're wallowing in. Your program is garbage, everything is wrong with it. You're not actually a woman, but if you were, you could fucking juggle tissues as your workout for all it matters.

Sage.

This isn’t a good routine for several reasons.
First of all it relies on machines more than it needs to, especially as a beginner you want to build up the strength of your connective tissue and get your central nervous system used to exercise which free weights will do better, and compound movements will also allow you to get the same amount of volume per muscle group with fewer exercises.
The order of the exercises is also poor, e.g. doing OHP, chest flies and tricep extensions before bench will increase the likelihood of injury and make the bench less effective.
There are not sets and reps included, but likely the volume is poorly matched for different muscles, which will lead to you stalling in some muscle groups and progressing in others, leading to asymmetries and poor posture.
You clearly don’t know much about creating your own routines yet, so do as the other anons suggested and use an established program, which you can modify later on. With your current program you are wasting your time and are potentially doing harm

based

Do you have discord

>Come to Kazakh bread trading forum
>Rate my routine
>Get feedback that you should just use a proper routine
>YOU'RE FUCKING MORONS CAN I GET A RESPONSE FROM SOMEONE WITH A BRAIN

if you're not going to listen then don't post for advice. You got your advice. Pick a working routine instead of throwing random glute exercises together

Kazakh? Pretty sure it’s American forum that discusses health and fitness.

Don’t be mad you gave bad advice and I wouldn’t take it

>Pretty sure it's American
oh my god just fucking lurk for 2 days before you shit up this site with even more garbage. It wasn't even me who gave you the previous advice you're just incredibly ignorant and unwilling to learn. Enjoy wasting your money on a gym membership with a dogshit routine

Don’t have discord. Just take a basic routine like Greyskull LP and then build on that, add some more volume for glutes and some ab work for instance if that’s important to you. Once you’ve been doing a decent program for a while and are better informed as well you will be able to build your own routines well enough. Being spoonfed now will just make you less well equipped in the long run

>being this new
You sound fourteen, fuck off

I’ve been here for years and that’s why I know enough not to listen to your teen tier bulkshit

Is strong curves good?

>Is strong curves good?
I’ve had a quick look at it, and it seem like it has an unnecessary amount of exercise variation and quite a few exercises which are not very effective. If you are a beginner its good to have a few exercises you are doing over and over again, as that allows your brain to effectively learn the movements and create muscle memory. Many programs use way too many exercises in order to seem more sophisticated and promote the person who created them, but it’s counterproductive for the people actually doing the program

if you do 5 fullbody workouts then yes

>I prefer the smith machine because I can add weight without being anxious about hurting myself
Smith machines force you in a purely vertical barpath, which your body doesn't use when it squats. It will hurt you more.
