I really need to figure out a good way to consume around 3k calories a day since my TDEE is around 2600 (6'1 170lbs 26yo). Anyone have any suggestions for affordable bulking diets?

Oats + milk + eggs + whole grain bread + Peanut butter + rice + peas + peanuts. You can make a vast variety of dishes with only these things. Im currently doing just that and consuming 3500kcal & 160g of protein for less than 3 euros a day. It does depend on where you live but generally its around that price

Shit forgot to add lean ground beef and whole grain pasta, also chicken breast

>grind until fine powder
>mix with OJ

No gastrointestinal stress, rice and oj are easy to digest. Cook two frozen burger patties and eat them before hand.
2 patties and 3/4 cup rice with 8oz OJ and you've consumed 40g protein and 100g carbs in 5 minutes without getting any protein farts or liquid shits. Eat a couple baby carrots after for vitamins and fiber.

OP here. So far I've been eating hard-boiled eggs, drinking a lot of whole milk and shakes, cottage cheese, yogurt, potato salad, baby carrots, asparagus, baked chicken, etc. I just have to have the discipline to eat more I guess.

Having a high metabolism is fucking annoying sometimes man. Gaining weight is that much more difficult when just existing is a 2300 TDEE.

More sauce. Helps to get the food down faster and adds ghost kcals as well. Also, eat lots at once, don't take your time.
