1. Rice
2. Chicken
3. Brocolli
Tuna with imitation crab and a tbsp of 1000 island dress for when I need something in a pinch.
High in protein and a good enough snack that's easy as shit to make.
Can someone hook me a good Mexican styles rice recipe? Ive been using an old El Paso box that comes with rice and a powder that turns into a sauce but there's wayy too much sodium in it. It would also help cut the price a little

Here is what i have planned for my OMAD today.
I need to add about 500 more calories, which i could do with a cup of oatmeal and 2 tbsp of peanut butter, but that shit is a drag to eat.
redpill me on raw milk.
>cooking your food
shiggy
I want to try that but do you have a lighter dressing alternative
Nsfw image
Peanut butter on whole wheat/sandwich with some milk? Complete protein, pretty easy to eat even when feeling full.
I would have felt weird eating 4 slices of bread and putting down another cup of milk.
But that set up would have given me the same amount of protien and less carbs for less calories than the oatmeal in this OMAD plan.
(I ate the oatmeal by the way)
Anyone want me to spam this thread with /fit recipes?
Alot of food revolves around tortillas but chorizo and fajitas are god tier meats along with some good cheeses like ranchero fresco can make anything good.
Might as well, so few people are posting what they're eating that i think all of Jow Forums may just be bulking of fast food, or even worse, cutting on fast food.
zucchini, ground beef, cheese, bread, onions
all you need
Anyone got recipes for making tilapia delicious without breading it?
a few i've saved over time
I hate juicy chicken. The only good poultry is basically like jerky. Chewy as fuck and you should need a drink afterwards. Juicy chicken tastes genuinely sickening.
I make pancakes in the morning
1 egg
3 scoops whole wheat flour
2 scoops homemade yogurt
After its done, I add a teaspoon of honey over it
this looks dope, i bought 2 cans of tuna the other day and i planned to make giant stir frys out of them,
I ended up with a pile of rice and broccoli that tasted like tuna.
1500 calories of tuna paste.
Got the recipe steps?
this is a lot less gross if you trade the flour for breadcrumbs or smashed croutons
That looks good. What proportion do you mix them together at?
That looks gross, but I bet it tastes awesome.
Try it with lemon juice, it gets even more juicy
I've always boiled the oats on milk, your way looks better
Based lunch
Nigga just boil your fucking oats and add some suger or honey.
Sugar? Are you a nigger?
How do you make the homemade yogurt?
>eating over 35g protein per meal
Don't get me wrong, I would love to eat fewer meals during the day, but last time I made a habit of eating 50g proton meals I gained a huge amt of bad weight. Any ideas?
90% of my meals on my cut since october have been some form of chicken plus either broccoli or cauliflower. there's not much to post unless people want to know how to make roast whole chicken or stir fry
I mix natural yogurt with heated milk (100F°/40C°) and leave that shit fermenting for 24 hours, then it goes to the fridge and it's good to go
Please do if you are still here
Thanks, I'll have to try that.
I have come into possession of a bunch of quinoa, what do I do?
I fucking hate oats and you'll never convince me they are worth it.
>but user! they can be good if you load them up with berries and honey and cinnamon and jelly and ice cream and cotton candy!
I'm trying to cut, I'm not loading up a bunch of sugars which defeat the purpose. What do oats do that shit like simple rice can't?
just look up savory quinoa recipes. you can also use them in just about any recipe you'd use grits in so look that up too
>Cutting
>Oats
What the fuck you eating oats for on a cut?
>Not liking brown sugar
>Calling someone else a nigger
Nigs gonna nog
Wow, this looks seriously good
You get less carbs for more protein with less calories from oats.
Rice is also a starch, not that i know what that means or what difference it may make.
If you're on a diet with any fruit in it, which should be any bulking diet, it's a good medium for fruit delivery.
But i respect your right to have a preferred carb porridge. Luv u.
>muh me likey sweeby taste
Just grow up and enjoy the real taste of food
Frozen banana?
Nah man, dry chicken is impossible to choke down
How would this change with tilapia?
Not the same guy, but they're good for IF and OMAD.
Is it really possible to make that many cuts to a raw potato without breaking it to pieces?
Yeah? How fragile are your potatoes?
Look for sazón de goya. They have it at most white people grocery stores. I usually add a pack of that, some garlic, onions, cilantro, and maybe some chili pepper.
I need cheap foods, only the cheapest diet will do. Basically no meat unless you have some miracle budget. I already have the obvious staples of rice/beans/oats
Starchy vegetables have incredible structural support. You can't do that bullshit with a tomato, but potato? Sure.
Chili - make a batch sunday, lasts the whole week.

I'll make some more recipes and shit later. Anything in particular people wanna see? The sweets always get shared more than the savoury ones do, and you faggots love the cutest diagrams and infographics, so I don't want to put in unnecessary effort. Would there be interest in some meal prep/freezer meal recipes?
Thanks heaps for the recipes and info.
>Would there be interest in some meal prep/freezer meal recipes?
Oh yes.
What's the meat used in that recipe ?
>Tilapia Fillet/s
>Bell pepper
>Carrot
>Kale
>Rice
>Tomato
>Onion
>Optional Avocado, Asparagus, Spinach
Put Tilapia fillet/s diced onions on pan with oil once tilapia starts to cook dice it up with your utensil, so it breaks all over the pan, add diced bell pepper (can just add it at the start desu), once they are about half cooked add some shaved carrot + sliced up kale into the mix (this is also great with salmon, sauteed kale in salmon oil is fucking god-tier), mix it all around + put a bunch of sriracha sauce in there so it cooks in it, once it's more or less all cooked add cooked rice + diced tomato into the pan, add a little more sriracha on the rice, mix it all up until adequately distributed.
Not including the rice time, this will take you about 15 minutes max to make, really healthy, filling and tasty. After a few years of trial and error this is basically my cooking style. Simple, healthy, filling, tasty and quick to make.
>20 lbs of muscle and 5 lbs of fat
>in 5 months

That recipe is shit!!
Eye of round. It's a cut of steak.
>on both sides, retard
