Started an ssri. First two days felt great. Actually smiled and looked forward to being around others. Now on days 3-4(today) I feel horrible. No drive to even get out of bed. All I want to do is eat like shit but I don’t even have much of an appetite.

To make matters worse the chicken I had went bad before I could cook it. I feel like I’m just gonna keep eating shitty until this kicks in
