It creates dependency, poor sleep, anxiety and mood disturbances. It also decreases testosterone and raises cortisol and decreases sperm quality. Probably makes you weak spiritually as well

I used to be a moderate drinker (1-3 cups a day) and 2 weeks ago I quit. I decided to do a 3 days long water fast so I can skip the withdrawal/urge phase and it worked.
I feel better than ever, I have stable energy levels and I have no anxiety. Coffee is bad for you, but the business is too big to fall. It's like cigarettes in 50's all over again.

Had a good experience with it last summer, for some reason I stopped and started drinking coffee again. Effect is much closer to green tea (no stress surge, no high/lows), but tea is often somewhat high in Aluminium so I prefer this. Will definitely hop on it back soon to cut out coffee.

I've very sensitive to caffeine, if I drink black tea or even cola for dinner I wont sleep until 2-4 am. But caffeine makes so much difference for my energy levels. I bought 200mg pills and I take half of a pill only if I can get it in before 9am.
I hope 100mg isn't too much for health concerns

Not true. Most people either drink like 1 cup a week somewhere outside or none. The other types drink anything between 3 - 10 cups a day.
