Eating nothing
chinese and pizza, both even once a week in big portions could undo an everest summits worth of calorie burn
Insomnia. I try to sleep 7 hours a night, but end up sleeping less than 4. It's not all bad though, I get more time to browse Jow Forums and play PUBG.
I could crush a pint of Ben & Jerry's or Hagen Dazs ice cream. I haven't had one in about 6 months but for the past week or so I will think about getting one.
Weekly cheat days where I pretty much just tried to eat at much as possible because I was restricting myself so much that I wanted to make sure I enjoyed everything I was "missing". Ate til I felt sick.
I fixed my diet and started actually eating healthier yet better tasting food all the time. Mostly got rid of all those cravings I would get.
binge drinking and then thinking it's a good idea to rip open a bag of chips and eat half the bag while slamming cocktails and/or beers.

Whenever I find myself about to indulge in a vice such as eating junk or fapping I close my eyes and think of a cackling jew and how he wants me to be sinful. Then I come to my senses and carry on with my day. Sounds autistic but it works.

Eating garbage-tier food late at night, and also ice cream. With the latter I'll go and plan to eat like half of a cup's worth and end up eating three times that amount like a chick who was just broken up with.

You posted it. Ate that shit for 14 years straight since the day I was born. I was given nutella on white bread on a daily basis, this had serious repercussions. I partly blame my parents.

Drinking chocolate milk with every breakfast and dinner (and sometimes inbetween meals)
And all this while I was sedentary...
Ive always been skinny with a small belly pooch. 6’0 180lbs

Over the past two months I’ve gotten much better at restricting my diet and learning proper nutrition, but I struggle hard, the mental addictions are real.

>protein shake with almond butter for snack
>baked chicken breast and veggies
>another protein shake
>lean beef, fish or chicken for dinner
>whole milk and maybe protein powder before bed
I’ve noticed no change in my appearance that I couldn’t contribute to lifting only, but I’m also not built enough yet to cut.
Whenever i got my hands on peanut butter, i would eat whatever was left no matter the amount. Pissed my friend's dad off because i ate their entire family size peanut butter jar in one day and he thought my friend had a party because of how much fiod was missing. Just my fat ass binging
