With dedication and consistency, you can. Diet down to a comfortable weight while lifting to practise your form, then go back to maintenance and keep lifting. If you need to get bigger, eat a bit more. It'll take time, but you can do it!

This guy very clearly lifts, even if only benching. No one looks like that naturally. Prove otherwise. Because I've seen plenty of skinny guys and their chest is always flat and underdeveloped.

It's not that easy to look like that and you need proper insertions + fat distribution, so it's largely genetic. I bet there are many dudes in CBTs who have roughly the same amount of muscle mass and fat, but look way worse because of their poor insertions.

Stop baiting people. Pro athletes that have trained their entire lives don't get a body like that and trust me, they do much more than the basic stuff you listed. The ones that have a body close to the pic you provided all use free weights because it's literally impossible to get enough intensity to stimulate muscle growth after some point. Of course, people are different and genetics have an impact on what you can achieve doing certain things but there are some underlying biologic facts that you can't ignore.
