I've seen it in real life with a fat unattractive chick trying to squat 30lbs with bad form at my gym. Was some young chads and they just mocked her from a far about the weight she used but she could hear because they weren't exactly quiet. Then two of them walked up to her and kicked her off. She clearly wasn't finished. She left the gym floor immediately.

start at bodyweight. anything below is for pussies. squat ass to grass; if you can't squat ass to grass, just let your back round down as much as necessary, we don't want no half reppers. if, once you're in the bottom position, you find that you can't lift the weight up using only your legs, bring in your back for assistance. hyper extend that shit and drive up. make sure you lock out your knees once you get back to the starting position. good luck user, and remember; it's not about working the muscles at a weight that they are actually capable of handling, it's about putting up as big of numbers as you can.

This. Also, it depends on your leg length relative to torso: some people have an easier time with ATG and worse with parallel because they have long femurs and must ATG to preserve knees. Retards with long torsos can't even squat properly.

Ignore the trolls saying to throw your BW on the bar. If you've never lifted before you will most likely injur yourself. Do about 10 squats with no weight, then do 5 with just the bar. Then add 20-50 lbs at a time and keep doing sets of 3-5 until you reach a point where you can barely finish the number of reps your routine calls for. Then start your routine with that as your working set weight.

Don't assume you can lift your bodyweight without warming up or getting a feel for the weight first. If 115 is a struggle and you weigh 185, obviously do not jump into 185. If you start at 115 you'll probably be up to 185 within a month or two tops anyway. Noob gains come fast as long as you get enough protein and rest, even if you do everything wrong and half assed. Don't rush it.

This happened to me a little while ago, it's not particularly cruel or savage but it just confused the hell out of me and it still does to this day:

So I'm a woman woman (under 5 feet). I'm 370 pounds now, and I: want to try and to get 365, I had started with 371. I've been eating burgers and working out (Doing free standing at the desk). I've decided to destroy my ankles as well, so I thought of squatting at the squat rack. I did 5 poiunds for about 4 reps and was feeling very hungry, and another fit girl came to the rack next to me and started pumping out 135+ pounds for squats. Her and the boyfriend kept staring and giggling at me every time I was going for my mid-rep snack break, I did my best to avoid them and focus on my burger.

After a few minutes her partner showed up to me and asked me to stop greesing up the equipment with burger juice. That left me incredibily embarrassed and hungry, thinking about that burger juice. I opened another McD packet in front of everyone, I've always been very conscious of eating as a short fat girl. I'm so hungry right now after everything that happened. I just feel really hungry and uncomfortable and I don't know how I'll make it to mid-afternoon pre dinner snack. I really want to get another burger.

I just needed to sit down and write this because I'm very tired from the walk to my car. I know it sounds stupid and silly, its not a huge deal, but it made me very hungry and the McD is a twenty minute drive away.

Update edit: I was hungry when I got home so I had a quick bucket of ice cream and went to bed, and woke up to a pain in my chest, I'm currently waiting results from my doctor.

A couple of weeks ago I saw a young looking guy at my gym trying to deadlift half a plate. He was worming hard so I asked if I could give him some advice, and he said yes. I showed him how to do the exercise for and commented on his form for about 10 minutes and he seemed to be taking it well.

He then went on to do another exercise in another part of the gym. I looked out the window and saw him leaving like 5 minutes later, I'm pretty sure i totally destroyed his confidence if he had any to begin with

Throw two 45’s on each side and when you unrack the weight yell “lightweight baby” really loud. make sure you don’t control the weight on the descent so you come crashing down and curl your back when you try to lift it back up. When you can’t lift it just fall forward but get up like you actually completed the lift and throw your hands in the air and let out a victory scream. That’s the chad way to squat for the first time.
