we havent evolved to eat so many carbs that convert to glucose so quick
its on the high end of the glycemic index, meaning it raises your blood sugar faster than other carbs. Not bad unless you eat a fuck ton of it, just not good. I prefer rice oatmeal and pasta but sweet potatoes and yams are known to be the best carb

Bread either needs to be sprouted or fermented to be beneficial. Sourdough bread is the master race

Bread is a great vehicle for meat, it tastes good, and it's cheap. Unless you're a fatty you shouldn't be worried about it.

how about whole wheat bread?
I had stomach problems most of my life. Bloating, digestion problems, taking Zantac and antiacids everyday, also joint pain. Landlord is a chiropractor and he suggested eliminating all wheat from my diet.
Skip to 3 months with no wheat and all of my problems are gone. Fucking all of them. My anxiety has gone to zero. I still eat cookies and bread and stuff on Christmas and parties but I only have problems if I eat a shitload of stuff with wheat ingredients or I eat it more than a couple days in a row.

Fucking anti bread shills gtfo. Bread is fantastic. So many different varieties. As long as you’re not gluten intolerant (aka a genetic failure) and are active and fit then it is fine. There are so many good types of multigrain bread with lots of fiber.
