Im tall and low ceiling, can't stand. My bench doesn't have safety bars that long for sitting with the back up. So I fail and stop the weight behind my head and tear my arms out of my sockets or destroy my legs hurt myself getting the bar up from the floor to start each sitting set.

According to the only official stars available, Jackman could bench 140 kg for one rep, squat 160 for one rep (reminder: that an actor even does train legs at all is an accomplishment) and could deadlift 190 for one. This was during Origins: Wolverine.

So aside from the bench (there are people training years to get above 130 kg), relatively "weak" stats.

He’s a lanklet, so his bench is actually pretty good. For deadlifts, his long arms seem like they’d be ideal for relatively big lifts, but then again, look how high the plates are from the floor. Even with decent leverages, he’s got a long lift to make.

Sorry, but you're delusional. I'd say my genetics are probably somewhat better than average, but if you just look at SS, you can see it's possible. SS has you deadlift 1.5 times a week, generally at 10-5 lb increments. Let's assume you start at 135 lbs and go up by 10 lbs for the first 3 months and then 5 lbs for the next 3 months, then:

6*(1.5*4)*7.5 + 135 = 405

And there you go.

In fact, the above calculation is conservative since you deadlift 3x a week in the beginning of SS and often progress by even more than 10 lbs in the initial phase.

I shuld explain the calculation too:

6*(1.5*4)*7.5 + 135 = 405

6 = months
1.5 = deadlift per week
4 = weeks in a month
7.5 = average weight increases (10+5)/2
135 = starting weight

Added to that, there isn't a perfect linear correlation with the size of particular muscle groups and the amount of weight on any particular lift.

Think how much range of motion effects things. Taller people require larger muscles to move and equal amount of weight, because the muscle has to do more work to move and equal load a further distance.

So, a 6'7" man will need larger shoulders to press 200 pounds compared to a 5'7" man.
