Egg whites, pour them in your oats right before they are done cooking and whisk for about a minute until the oats have thickened back up. I do this and it’s adds about 16-20 grams of protein to my oats. Plus egg whites are flavorless and don’t make the oatmeal gross or anything.

Put a dollop of greek yogurt in it. That's how I eat my overnight oats. Soak the oats in milk for two days, then dump some oats out with the milk, then add a dollop of greek yogurt. Protein out the ass.
