First time you should go up in increments of 50. Make sure you’re taking plenty of taurine too. Don’t overdose and be aware of the half-life. Never exceed 500mg a day and don’t forget about your dose and accidentally take two in a day. Also sleep on a towel unless you wanna ruin your mattress with yellow sweat.

Also assuming you're staying with 200mg/day, that's a moderately low dose, so the side effects won't be bad. You can bump it up to 400-500mg/day, but keep in mind that the side effects are dose-dependent, and that starts getting into the territory where the heat, lethargy, and cloudy thinking start really getting to you. But you also get more fat-burning, so it's up to you.

Over time I've experimented with various methods of cutting. Traditional 500 kcal deficit cuts, DNP cuts, long-term fasting, etc. Honestly I'd say fasting is the easiest and most effective. I lost more weight that way than with DNP and a deficit, and didn't feel like absolute dogshit. Maybe some brave user out there will do DNP+fasting, who knows.

Also, fyi, DNP irritates your stomach lining, so you may fee queasy and vomit if you don't take it with food. And it also causes you to piss and shit more than you normally would, and this coupled with the excess water you're most likely to going to be chugging down to keep the heat off, electrolyte deficiencies are likely and can result in weakness, headache, tremors, etc. So you should try to supplement electrolytes.

I'm on my 2nd cycle and almost got the same stats as you OP. 194cm/96kg skinnyfat when I started. Dropped 6kg on 500mg per day in 2 weeks. Going for the same in this cycle.

Personally supplementing with Vit C, Vit E, Pyruvate, N-Acetyl Cysteine, Magnesium and Taurine.

Sides have been very manageable. Just feeling warmer than usual, having to sleep with a fan and thin sheets. Lethargy is the worst part desu and even that ain't too bad. Lifts besides squats stayed the same.

Don't do this, but for what it's worth I drank alcohol on the last 2 days of my 1st cycle. Drank 3 glasses of water for each glass of wine. Got drunk much quicker than usual, but woke up feeling fine. (Again don't do this. You might not be as lucky.)

To add to this. Mixed 200g of berries with 30g of greens and 1 frozen banana into my protein shake one a day for them sweet antioxidants and potassium.

Through some guy on le Reddit. Took it in doses of 250mg split over 12 hours. About 2 hours before bedtime and in the morning after working out. My sleep wasn't affected unlike the stories you always read.

Take it from someone who's been through the whole abusing DNP while skinny fat thing: just fucking eat clean and work hard.

This will inevitably go from a controlled cycle, to an excuse to eat fucking loads as your appetite is increased by the DNP, until eventually you just eat like a fucking horse and you're on and off the shit every month.

At your height and weight the sides should be minimal. Take your daily dose and divide it by your weight. Make sure the number is below 4.5 and you'll be fine. I know people who go way above that and manage, but no need to put yourself through that unless you're prepping for a meet.
