not that user but holdin a plank for as long as you can, as much as you can (don't overpush it) is really good for practically your entire body
You can start with planks.
But if you want to build ab muscles use these:
L sit on a pull up bar
Leg raises
side plank raise
Russian twists

For ab gainz obviously. Once you have built ab muscles, and maintain a healthy diet, they will stay with you forever. I did these exercises years ago for 2/3 months everyday, before I had no visible ab muscles, because they were simlpy too small and undefined.
