Jesus, no it doesn't matter how much time you're working out, its the routine that matters. Full body two hour workout is not even close to optimal.

I would workout for 2 hours when I was a newbie lifter doing full body stuff. Now I'm usually finished in just over an hour.

Arnie has been training for 2-3 hours twice a day 6 days a week. Only absolute faggots belevie in overtraining.

Two hours continuously is too long, regardless of you doing a split or full body you should be out in an hour or less. Your body has limited energy it can draw upon in a short period of time, after an hour you're going to be lifting at minimum efficiency. Do three or four workouts rather than two hours in the gym.

Overtraining is absolutely a thing, however that doesn't mean that you can be a lazy fuck and not do anything when not lifting. Cardio/hobby a combination of both etc etc

No natty is going to over-train ever. No one is sitting in a gym for 3 hours every single day with no rest days. Splits or full body programs put in far too much rest time as is.

Warmup takes less than 5 mins and once you've initially warmed up a body par,t you don't need to repeatedly do warmups.
Stretching is for fags and I don't do cardio at the same time as lifting. Showering takes place at home after a 5 minute drive, sitting on a towel to protect my seat.
