This may be of some use to you, at least as a reference to see what another similar height/weight build looks like. In the right side of this pic I am 144lbs at 6'1". Nearly the same stats as you. Though I think I gained a lot more fat and less muscle than you.

Thanks user. You may have gained some extra fat, but I think a lot of it is just due to you having wider hips. It makes you appear as if you have more fat around the belly. If you don’t mind me asking, how many days a week do you work out?

How so? I looked like a skeleton. I only had abs due to having almost no body fat. I had noodle arms as well as a flat chest. Right now, I’m bulking, when I cut down i’ll look far better.

I put honey on all my food. extra calories + simple sugars improves digestion, so youre less bloated

I've been tracking in Myfitnesspal for a couple weeks now. I had no idea how little I was eating.
My calorie goals are 2600/day and 250g pro/day

>Fixed my breakfasts. Same breakfast every day - 787 cals
>4 eggs
>2 turkey sausages
>1/2c rolled oats
>1/4c frozen blueberries
>2tbsp honey
>8oz green tea
it's routine for me now, so I can do it while I'm super sleepy and still waking up

then
>added 2 shakes/day - 580 cals
>1/4c frozen blueberries
>1 scoop chocolate protein
>2c almond milk
>2 tbsp peanut butter
>handful frozen spinach
then maybe throw some flax seeds or whatever else in there

6'0" - 161lbs
so far so good. 5lbs up since starting 3 weeks ago. and am hitting the gym 3-4x/wk.
I switch to a 5x5 routine soon. everything up until now has been postural corrective

you dont need 250g of protein user, eat more carbs and fats instead. youre going to get a kidney stone

Skellyfag here. Help me out anons, I only have two stove tops and a microwave in my shitty flat, no oven or anything. I needs meals I can make by chucking stuff into a crockpot which I can accompany with rice or potatoes I can do on the over hob in a pan. Nothing fancy please chaps, I have a crockpot and a pan and that's it.

My skelly diet here, hope it helps someone out there, it's important that you fast at least 48 hours to not put much fat (believe me, you can gain a lot of weight on this)

300g of ground beef
300g of chicken breast
12 boiled eggs (or any way you like)
10g of turmeric
200g of green bell peppers
200g of orange
24 raw eggs
40 mL of lime juice
300 mL of coconut water (can be changed to cucumbers and bacon instead)
30g of cheese

3313.2 kcal
2485.24g water (not counting cheese)

213.24g fat = 1919.6 kcal ou 57.94%

289.57g animal protein = 1158.28 kcal or 34.96%

72.93g carbs
13.6g fiber
59.33g net carbs = 237.32 kcal or 7.16%

Ideally you eat everything in 4 hours, 6 days a week, but do as you like

If you take sunbathes everyday you don't need to worry about vitamin supplements as this diet covers everything, unless you have a medical condition of course

maybe bloating or bad posture. or just unlucky fat distribution. if you gain enough muscle it will be less noticeable anyway

I thought 1.5g protein / lb of bodyweight was what you should shoot for

Doing a little research, I came across this:
