A big board saying "vyvanse, adderall, dexedrine, concerta, ritalin, methylphenidate IR," I went over the various effects with a pyschiatrist and now I get 90x5mg Dexedrine tablets monthly. I've been on other stuff before but Dexedrine is the closer to what I'm looking for.

Videogames can keep you "grounded" /distracted if you feel like you are losing it during the come up. I would recommend playing something while you wait for the effects to set in and then go do something else when you are comfortable. On my last trip I started out playing a new run of super metroid and shit just got weirder and weirder as I progressed in that infinitely layered labirynth and I felt like 8 hours had passed and when I looked at the xlocked playtime I was one hour in.
