The problem with the natural selection meme is that it's not stating WHY incels don't reproduce, but simply THAT robots don't reproduce. Natural selection isn't stating that the rat is "better" than the velociraptor for reproducing. It just says that in this environment, the rat's phenotype is selected for and the velociraptor's is not. If a virus were introduced that sterilized all rats and velociraptors were reintroduced Jurassic park style, the environment, and therefore sexual selection would be in favor of velociraptors.
Similarly, I believe if our environment were changed such that traditional, enforced marriage and various other traditions were reintroduced to the west, many of those who are incels now would be married with kids.
Not that ANY of this matters, considering that breeding is an incredibly subjective way to determine who has value.
Evolution isn't a concious force but the environment can be consciously changed. If people below a certain IQ in an area were barred from reproduction and women were incentivized to mate with high intelligence individuals, median IQ would increase in that area over time.

It's not the meth that will help them if they're that desperate. It's growing up with strong male bonds/friendships. For example I got into weed and it gave me reasons to link up with friends. As we got older we started concerning ourselves more with other areas of live instead of weed, but the weed itself always gave us a motive to meet up, and times where we could chill out and reflect on everything.
So yeah, don't do meth (ideally) but find a motive that will allow you to form strong bonds with others.

Depends on the criteria for best. The criteria in this sense just means that those people are better at finding sexual partners, sleeping around, and having children. Unfortunately, modern society has kind of encouraged sexual promiscuity rather than rearing a family. Many people that should reproduce and have desirable qualities choose not to due to the financial burdens and affects it could have. Since there are few selection pressures on the offspring or people with these qualities, they can continue doing so without issue.
It's a sad state of affairs in our society. It is slowly leading to an idiocracy, as IQ scores are decreasing across the West due to an influx of immigrants and low birth rates of many families. It's seen in most industrialized countries (eg. Japan, EU, etc). There is no selection pressure on say the offspring of those from a tattooed meth couple, as the state will financially prop them up through welfare and they will get enough to get by. This cycle repeats each generation.
I can't speak to how attractive I am but I can share with you how I made it in college after years of being rejected and ignored.
