I've only mentioned to her that I was meal prepping since she saw me taking out 2 tupperware container with my meals. It's stuff like this that gives me the extra push to not give up, and despite feeling and looking like dyel maybe other people can see the slight changes that I overlook. It also gives me more reasons not to skip out on the gym when my depression is hitting me hard.
