Most canned tuna is made from small tuna which doesn't have much exposure to mercury, just don't be a pussy and it'll work out fine.

I use it, cottage cheese, plain Greek yogurt, celery, mustard, etc. And make a poor mans tuna salad. It's ok but my fuck is it packed with protein
