I quit after 9 years of smoking and it went easier than I thought. I was just ill, had really bad cough so I wasn’t even thinking about smoking and after a week of sweating in my bed, getting myself together I found out I don’t need to smoke so I just didn’t buy a new pack. And that was really it for me.
How do I quit.
Buy the highest strength liquid and buy a vape that isn’t a massive brick. I use a blu, would recommend. Quit smoking overnight

Switch to vape
Change routine (ie if you always have a cig at a certain time do something else then)
Spend less time with other smokers
I can tell you how i gave up smoking. Smoked heavily for 9 years and gave up 5 years ago.
I did a yearly medical inspection and turned out my overall health wasn't that great: high blood pressure, heart murmurs, inelastic skin, terrible teeth and gums condition and no appetite.
1. Go check your health. You will see how smoking affects your condition.
2. Smoke the pack you have now and stop buying the cigarettes. If your friends (i know - friends, lol) or coworkers are asking if you are going to smoke with them - just tell them you can't think of any possible reason to not smoke.
3. Don't tell anyone you quit smoking.
4. Swap cigarettes with something else: drink tea/coffee, chew a gum, eat an apple.
5. Set a goal: live without ciggs for 2 weeks, for 1 month, etc. and praise yourself with something useful, buy yourself some shit.
6. Find a hobby.
I quit smoking after 6 years by getting nicotine poisoning after a long drunken night. Never wanted to even smell the stuff again.
Dip, however, was hard as fuck to quit. I tried quitting maybe 10 times over a 15 year period. I was finally able to stop by using the patch for much longer than they recommend, so I could get over the muscle/routine memory. Then I slowly went down each step of the patch just so I wouldn't be a dick to people while I was quitting.
After you get off the patch though, you still have a tough month hurdle to get over. Just gotta grit through it.

I quit by smoking weed everyday during for two weeks. then I quit smoking weed after the physical withdrawals were gone.
Just some things to keep in mind if you do manage make it past two weeks you'll feel more alive and energetic. However, the real struggle comes 1-2 months after you quit, when you get adjusted to your new life. You'll feel like their is a hole inside of you that reels back in. I suggest you find something to fill that void or you'll be on the edge of relapsing.
Things do get better after you quit
