Hi Jow Forums, currently taking Collagen, Omega 3, and a multi-vitamins. Should i add ZMA...
Check your blood work.
If you are deficient in zinc, magnesium or b6 then take zma.
It's a supplement and should only supplement deficiencies in your diet.
>ZMA
>taking magnesium and zinc at the same time
>taking competing minerals at the same time
good job getting cucked boy
What do you mean ?
i mean they compete for absorption so its not ideal to take them at the same time
snythetic vitamins are shit
eat organ meats like liver and kidney for vitamins
Zinc supplements are great, it will make a big difference if you are deficient in it.
Zma is good but take tribulus terrestris too. Also eat nuts and almonds. Or make your own peanut butter it's pretty easy
ashwagandha
Please tell me its not shit Omega-3. Hope you aren't getting deceived, because 99% of all brands are actual dog shit. It needs to contain a shit ton of polyphenols, or else it will turn rancid after a day or two - and have no effect at all. Get that proper Omega-3 user, it will actually save your life
its this one.
for Zma, is one with aspartate magnesium and gluconate zinc good enough ?
Do you mean magnesium aspartate and zinc gluconate
id throw in fish and flax oil for good measure

NGMI
yes
Just eat a can of the royal whatever mackerel every day or two days, 3,000mgs of omega 3s from a stable source. It tastes like creamy tuna.
Take a DIM supplement to counteract some of the estrogen you get from everyday life.
>DIM supplemen
can you tell me more about this suplement ?
>Take a DIM supplement to counteract some of the estrogen you get from everyday life.
None of these supplements that claim to modify hormones do jack shit. The only one that plausibly does something is DHEA and it works much better in women.
Don't waste your money.
Yes but which ones actually work? I'm not sure anyone knows, there's probably even lots of fluctuation between lots.
>Ashwagandha
>Fish Oil Omega 3
>Gokshura
>D3, because I work from home
Anything to add?

Hey what about canned salmon? It's hard to get fish oil pills where I am (not op) so I was thinking of substituting with some canned salmon seeing as it has lots of Omega 3. I heard that there is bpa in the can but I also heard that some companies don't use bpa for their cans. Any help?
take EPO for mayor blood production(red line)
