Are these worth it ? It's nearly 2€ the damn cookie
Are these worth it ? It's nearly 2€ the damn cookie
What do you think retard? hmm?
It depends, are you a woman who "needs sweets" or are you a man with self-control and the ability to plan?
I need to eat at work
Eat chicken faggot
>meme fitness food
I wish i was business savvy enough to get in on this tried and true market shiiiiiieettt
The macros on these things are shit, the normal cookie has like 50g of sugar.
OP here, any other recommendations ?
absolute waste of money. if your looking to bulk pic related and if your cutting just buy shakes as they fill you up as well
Answer the question.
This looks disgusting
looks like he is a woman who "needs sweets" and isnt committed. ngmi
Get ready for non stop shitting.
798 15th Street, Oakland
Tell that to my face faggot
Shit looks cash. How's it taste?
Is that honey and instant coffee?
Idk wtf are the 2 in the middle
I'm outside
woah now, calm down kiddo. dont be so sensitive. i mean its like a breakfast bar/flapjack that tastes like peanut butter, can always add more or less depending on taste. id suggest you try once, only a few bucks gone if you really cant stand them.
yeah its honey and instant coffee but ive seen people use instant cocoa instead.
Think I'll try it
Thanks
I was kidding user don't worry lmao. Gonna try it since it's cheap as fuck.
What are the two on the middle ? Honey and coffee cream ?
dutch fag
please dont hurt me desu.
ive always used honey and instant coffee but instant cocoa is also good i hear.
im a bong but nice try
Sorry I haven't read the last part of your post. Thanks user, might try with instant cocoa.
i think coffee creamer is in the image though
dont know about the cookies but the brownies are damn fine and sure helped me while cutting. A brownie has like 300 cals, 20 gramms of carbs and 5 grams sugar, absolutely ok in my book.
40g protein is pretty amazing tbf
Expensive af tho
Are protein bars just a meme? Or are there any that are actually good for what you get?
i dont know man, i just ordered 2 packs totalling 24 brownies for 16€ euros + 4 euros for shipping.
Also, the black ones taste strange, but the white choc ones are just based as fuck
Do the math. Calculate the protein per dollar and compare it to other products that you can tolerate. Also, they're semi-frequently on sale which usually makes them a much better value proposition.
>taking pride in denying yourself things that taste nice
Lol fag
They're just food. Treat them like you would any other. At the end of the day if you're not hitting your macros you're not going to see any results no matter what the minutiae of your diet are.
No. A consistent fraction of its proteins is from collagen
No
eat some chicken
How the hell.
This much honey alone wild cost 8$
Hydrolyzed gelatin is much more bioavailable than raw collagen. It's not the greatest but better than most vegetable proteins.
It's literally candy with extra proteins
idk where your buying your honey from but you can get it a lot cheaper than 8$ if you just look.
>denying yourself things that taste nice
Which is why I'd eat a real fucking cookie if I wanted a cookie. Paying 3X as much for a shit-tier compromise health food is pure bitch behavior.
where did you get yours from? can only see 12 for like €20 of myprotein
Literally worse than vegetal protein considering it lacks four (4!) essential aminos while grains and beans only one or two at worst. They're trying to sell you cheap, shitty byproducts for a huge margin, so might as well buy whey (which is a thousand times better)
>dutch groceries
>nafri goblino hand
end my suffering
why the fuck would you add coffecreamer to that? its like made of only glycose syrup and vegetable oil? rather just add more peanutbutter and honey, or maybe maple syrup?
how come ive never thought of making bars like that, but its fucking genius though
>dutch goblino hand
Wtf are you seeing user?
I'd like to point out that not everybody lives in Freedomland where there are no quality standards for food
people are pointing out the guy is dutch, i dont get your point
I was referring to bioavailabliity (specifically, digestibility) not amino content. I think the pursuit of perfect amino balance is overblown; any sane diet is going to get enough essential aminos. Whey is absolutely a better choice of protein but it's not always socially acceptable to whip out a shaker bottle and chug. There's also the fact that they contain more milk protein than gelatin so even assuming a worst-case scenario of 51% milk to 49% gelatin there's still 20g of high-quality protein per bar which just shifts the economics of the purchase.
These bars are why the dutch are one of the tallest nations on planet earth, true fact.
enjoy pizza nigger
I'm inside
In fact, I wasn't responding to the dutch guy, so what's your point?
Any PB substitutes for an allergic geneticlet?
nutella?
Bioavailability of a source is not that important if the source is bad (imho). And if you want to put this in the contest of a balanced diet then I can't see why you need a protein rich snack instead of any other reasonably healthy alternative. Evem then, greek yogurt is comparably as cheap and easy to eat at work while being nutritionally better (just an example)
If it's just peanuts then maybe another nut butter?
just bake your own whey cacao cake you dumbass. It's not that hard.
*context
They literally live below see level ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Decent macros desu. 38g protons for 320cal; not as good as you'll get from lean meats or various shakes, but not terrible for I guess a snack or something. The money thing is up to you of course.
They taste okay
I got double chocolate for like 1 euro a piece though a pack of them on sale this last Christmas
on myprotein.de. It lists the price as 20€ but there´s an offer an them, so just add them to your cart and it will show you the real price
>No potato
I'm adding sweet potatoes and you can't stop me
