I eat between 8-12 eggs every day. I’m lazy and they are super easy to make. I have been doing this for almost four months, how unhealthy is this?

It's perfectly healthy if you're in a deficit

>how unhealthy is this?

Get your bloodwork done regularly and tell me. You're probably healthy but it'll be good to have proof to shove in people's faces when they tell you how high your cholesterol is

It's very unhealthy due to cholesterol

Worked wonders for gaston

People who say it is bad:
> Nutritional and educational experts in every developed nation on earth who present their reasoning in openly available and frequently updated guidelines that heavily source systematic reviews and other studies of high quality from the worlds leading educational institutions

People who say it is good:
> Youtube snakeoil salesmen who often have no nutritional or medical education and cite old and often low quality studies (mostly cohort and conducted on animals) that were funded by the egg industry, all in an attempt to make money off wishfully ignorant and impressionable Ketards who want to be told good things about their vices.

It’s up to you who you believe OP

i eat 4 eggs almost daily with lots of cheese

Can you cite any of these numerous studies? Because I haven't seen anything since this myth got debunked a long time ago

Go inspect the nutritional guidelines of any developed nation, they have their sources listed.

>nutritional guidelines

Why don't you post the ones you've surely read? Even the USDA dietary guidelines removed the limit on dietary cholesterol because it doesn't raise serum cholesterol, which who knows if it's always detrimental as they say.

You mean the same people who promoted the food pyramid? That's who you resting your credibility of your claims on?

The USDA removes the limit on cholesterol because they don’t believe there is a safe amount. Go check.

The food pyramid was designed to adequately feed hundreds of millions cheaply post-war.

If they didn’t update their guidelines since the 50s you may have a point.

that goddamn pyramid with its 5-6 servings of wheats/rice/grains a day
no wonder so many people got the butt cancer from all the pasta they ate

Not true, though they still recommend to limit it due to saturated fat being present in much foods that contain it.

The food pyramid is excellent
Nobody was eating according to the food pyramid, as grain consumption in the 20th century was about half what it was in the 19th (which one of the primary reasons for the increase in obesity and cardiovascular disease and subsequent scientific investigations into its causes with the resultant food pyramid advising people to eat more grains again - which they ignored)

Thanks for trying though.

Basically if you're a healthy individual you can eat all the eggs you want.

> The Key Recommendation from the 2010 Dietary Guidelines to limit consumption of dietary cholesterol to 300 mg per day is not included in the 2015 edition, but this change does not suggest that dietary cholesterol is no longer important to consider when building healthy eating patterns. As recommended by the IOM,[24] individuals should eat as little dietary cholesterol as possible while consuming a healthy eating pattern.

> Zoomer ketard posts a youtube
kek everytime

And? The next paragraph explains why.

This fake corporate manufactured fear of eggs is absolutely ridiculous.
Even the worst """studies""" you can find are not actually bad at all. They give out bombastic studies like EATING ONE EGG YOLK PER DAY INCREASES DICK CANCER BY 35%, when in reality that 35% increase is an increase from 2% to 2.6%. All studies play with statistics like that, also the same how all the politicians can sell whatever numbers they want according to how they present the statistics aswell.

You just being close to someone who smokes cigarettes for a short period of time is ten times more affecting than any of these gimmicks.
