at least you're doing it.
Nice blog, faggot
We all have to start somewhere fren
When I started lifting I was 6'3 and 130 lbs, I was shaking and needed a spotter to bench the bar 5 times.
I'm 195lbs now, I throw bars at people for a warmup, it gets better bro
itll be okay, like two months ago i could only bench 65, now i can do 135, just keep working
oh its this post again
looking back at all the years ive been shitposting on fit, you aint the only one
i can only bench 180kg including the bar and stalling for 2 months
>tfw u realise are gde
Don't count the bar faggot. Do you count tbe weight of your arms too?
>He counts the bar
No one tell the OP.
Where can I find 0kg bar?
In all seriousness, I also don't count the bar, but that's because I lift heavy enough to only count 1 side.
That's great, we are trying 42.5 next workout!
You are going to make it.
I started with only the bar and now I do 8 reps with more than my bodyweight.
Everyone counts the bar you absolute retards.
>tfw he thinks everyone counts the bar
so 20kg then?
They don't
When you think about it, they probably should, but they don't.
do you also count the 2nd dumbbell, you retard?
It doesn't matter how much you can do right now, all that matters is your determination to move forward. Keep pumping and you'll bench that for a warmup.
NO VICTORY. NO DEFEAT. THE SURVIVOR WILL CARRY ON
not bad for a girl just starting out. keep at it doll
They even count the fucking collars. Stop being retarded.
Look at Eddie being a pleb deadlifting only 475 kg because the bar and the collars don't count. Just because you and your gymbros are too retarded to do basic arithmetic doesn't mean the rest of the world has to follow.
what you and your multiple personalities do to artificially bloat your stats isn't relevant to what you should do you, mongtard, you don't count the bar and you don't count the 2nd dumbbell
same, i've started benching a week ago and bench 72 not including the bar 8x4, keeping my shoulders like i should is hard
I'm only at 85 lbs, OP. It will get better, Im sure.
i started there as well, now i have slowly gone up to being able to rep at 75kg. We are all gonna make it brother
how long did it take?
i was at the same place 3mo again and now i an bench 1.5pl user. You improve really fast.
I do 6 days a week with this:
jcdfitness.com
And a homegym. I have only a powerrack and barbell. No dumbells. I bought 130kg of plates and then (2) resistance bands one for doing warmup (face pulls) and one for helping me with pullups until I got strong enough to do them solo. Also I have a set of 1.25 and 2.5kg plates because LP'ing 5kg is hard for things like OHP
Gl OP.
I only pressed 90 pounds when I started. Keep working at it, OP. Progress takes discipline.
HAHA
le not counting le bar meme
HAHA
so original
HAHA
>the absolout state of this board.. rip
Same, op. I'm pretty excited to steadily increase it over time. I started with just the bar, now I'm at bar+45lbs after less than two weeks.
only based post itt
I can only do 90lb it's okay homie we're all gonna make it
