grocery. chips aisle

Aldi and most gas stations have them. The spicy ones give me diahrea though.

JFC you Americans disgust me

protein from pork rinds isnt metabolized like protein from meat or dairy. Its basically useless to your body in the form pork rinds gives to you. you just shit it out.

Tastes fuckin great though.

You bongaloids did it first so don't talk shit.

>Pork isn't a complete protein
wtf are you talking about dude. Like literally Google search this shit and the first result you get is FDA.gov

>Complete proteins contain all of the essential amino acids in adequate amounts. Animal foods (such as dairy products, eggs, meats, poultry, and seafood,) and ꜱoy are complete protein sources.

What does this mean? 8g but also 0?
I don’t eat pork, can someone explain?

UHMMM, LISTEN HERE SUGARMUFF, IT IS GOOD ENOUGH FOR THE GREATEST PROGRAMMER OF OUR GENERATION IT'S GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME

Pork skin protein is mostly made up of collagen and it has poor amounts of any essential amino acid. That's why the label in the US says 'not a significant source of protein'. It still has its health benefits and is great for keto.

Why would you assume he's British? Pork rinds are popular here, every pub sells them.

Most of that protein is collagen which isn't really bioavailable or usable for building muscle

>protein isnt useful for building muscle
Retard

They're very popular in Britain.

We call them Pork Scratchings.

The best ones still have big pig hairs on them, break your teeth, and stink like between an old mans toes. But god they taste delicious.

Milk and peanut butter.

no problemo Kevin. Buy them by the lb. Taste delicious with lime. Can also simmer them in chile verde sauce for extra tastiness. Good thing about the mexican places is they tend to leave a bit more meat on the chicharrones

It's so god damn processed that theres not enough amino acids in it for your body to benefit from it in anyway. Literally empty calories.

The protein in pork rinds is so refined that theres no amino acids left in it to actually be a benefit to your body.

Not all protein sources are created equal.

>what is amino acid profile

Attached: 20ddxfaz1ws21.png (586x578, 37K)

It isn't refined, that's just how the amino acid profile is.
