You have great resolve right now user, but if you do fail, don't let one failure destroy you. It is not perfection that is required, but constant effort towards that perfection- the most important word there being constant.
Don't let one failure send you into relapse. You'll probably fail no-fap, unless you get a gf, but don't fail nosmoke. It will might be harder than nofap actaully, depending on how long you've been smoking, but again, don't let one setback destroy you
Thank you brother, no smoke will be alot harder I've been smoking about a pack of day for the last month so it was time to stop Nofap I just wanna see what I can do I have a small harem of sluts so if I do need to release I can use one of them The goal is pure asceticism though Pic related of of my new whores

I have lost all interest in porn so nofap seems like the logical conclusion to me. Might as well give it a shot.

Placebos are still effective are they not? That’s the thing I like about NoFap. It could be total bullshit yet you still get loads of anecdotes talking about some sort of change to their life. Would you argue that these aren’t valid because science doesn’t always back it up?
That's exactly why it's not valid. Reading all those "benefits" from r/noFap is a terrible source of information because of the hive mind of that subreddit, and also the biased userbase; they want it to be true so the congregate with one another and clouds proper judgment. Repeated testing from a nertural source, peer reviewed, and approved by a source that can be verified and supported will help the credibility.
>It could be total bullshit as far as I'm concerned it is total bullshit until it can be tested and supported.

OP here was at work if anyone is trying to quit smoking my best advice is to have plenty of things to snack on, staying full helps kill cravings at least for me thanks for the love brothers
