Finally decided to start cutting after 2 years of being on the bear-mode pill. It was stupid. A low bodyfat governs everything from performance, health, testosterone to your facial aesthetics. There is not much point in "looking bigger" when you have no definition, no jawline, nothing of any real benefit. It all comes full circle, we start off wanting the 'shredded' look, then we delude ourselves along the way and think that being a fatfuck, wannabe strongman/powerlifter is the best thing for us, and then you return to wanting a low bodyfat.

Here's how I went from 18% to 14% in 4 months while increasing strength/muscle growth:
1) Intermittent Fasting - I do 16:8 where I fast between 4pm and 8am
2) Lift heavy 4 days a week (Check out the Barbaric Rites program). I lift from 7-8am so my first meal literally breaks my fast
3) Eat at a caloric deficit daily.
Take a TDEE test to figure out your caloric intake needed to maintain your current body weight. For weight-loss, you should be consuming around 300 less calories a day then you're daily maintenance caloric intake level.
In regards to protein intake, consume about 1.5gs of protein for every pound you weigh. For your overall macro intake, consider 40% protein, 30% fat, and 30% carbs.
Ofc this means you need to track the nutritional value of the food you're consuming. Doing meal prep will helps since you'll be eating the same thing repeatedly and you'll have the advantage of weighing it right after you cook it and dividing it up.
The nutritional part takes a little time to learn but you'll get the hang of it quickly.

I have a scale that tells me i am between 19% and 20%. In the mornings it says i'm usually over 20% and in the evenings it says i'm usually below 19%. sometimes down to 17 or 18%.
So that thing i just don't know about.
I bought a set of calipers and just finished testing with it. I did several different areas and that thing comes out to be between 10 and 12%. there is no fucking way.
